After their furious PMQs clash yesterday, Bridget Phillipson vowed to get Kemi Badenoch’s insult printed on a T-shirt in time for her next appearance on the Today programme. She told Nick Robinson:
“Next time you see me, Nick, I’ll be wearing a T-shirt saying ‘spiteful class warrior‘ – because if being a spiteful class warrior means lifting half a million children out of poverty I’ll be wearing that T-shirt with pride.”

Andy Haldane, Burnham’s recent adviser on the economy who has not taken up a No10 job, told Andrew Marr on LBC:
