As Labour Wars today noted there are expectations among Downing Street sources that Starmer could be convinced to resign/set out a timetable for his exit if Wes goes over the top or the Cabinet speaks with enough co-ordination. Wes allies are going over the top tonight…
Paula Barker, Liverpool Wavertree MP backing Andy Burnham, told Times Radio there wouldn’t be trouble from the markets under Burnham:
