Tories Call For Burnham to Resign

Some determined FoI-ing from Tory MP Stephen Barclay published in the Mail and the Telegraph today. Email chains from ministers and officials serving in the previous government show how Labour tried to block the release of a report into neglect at NHS hospitals. Barclay is now calling for Burnham to go:

“Labour tried to cover up failing hospitals before the last General Election. Andy Burnham told the House of Commons in July there was no shred of evidence of political interference with the health regulator. But these emails show a clear paper trail of political meddling – leading back to him. He needs to correct his statement when Parliament returns on Monday. Andy Burnham owes a big apology to the patients and families who suffered, and he should resign. No one will ever trust Labour with our hospitals again.”

Which only increases the chances of him staying…

Oh how I remember the long run home, safely arriving in the warm kitchen, happy to get away from the other boys who called me those horrid names. ‘Satchel Boy’ and ‘Camel Nose’ were very hurtful. How I wished David hadn’t told the wet bed. How I longed one day to get my revenge.

The maid would comfort me by the aga and give me Ovaltine while we plotted our revenge. When my dad came home later she would tell him I had bravely seen off some capitalists who’d been trying exploit some workers. I knew it wasn’t true, but I wanted it to be. How his eyes would water as he looked at me. He would silently shake his head in weary way that told me how much work there was to be done. Later on he would play me some of his extensive collection of British folk songs in the original Georgie. Here is one of my favourites.

No, I am a Christian, even a Christian priest. Language. What, Mr. S a foreigner? But he speaks perfect English. Name-changing. What, Mr. S a foreigner and a MP? But he has a good English name, is a Member of Parliament, and his sentiments are irreproachable.

Where is Miliband’s decency now. And what of the incompetent Alan Johnson, where is his decency, it’s union funded that’s where it is.

The same media cover up exists over Operation Ore, Jimmy Saville and of course MP expenses, where the press pack knew all about the fiddling that was going on but said nothing.

Oh and then we have the media covering up for McTwat. Toenails and Tom Bradby both came out and admitted after the one eyed cuunt was gone that he WAS a bully, yet when he was in power they reported his denials and helped trash the name of the woman from the bullying charity who outed McCuunt.

Someone in a previous blog made an excellent point over Miliband and the Daily Mail. Yes it was right for Miliband to critisize the Mail, but then why is Miliband playing for all it’s worth. Political opportunism, that’s why. And Miliband’s agenda, control of the media that labour do not agree with. Miliband would take this country the way of the old soviet union – control the media, then control you.
It’s not scare mongering to say that Miliband’s labour will take us back to the 70’s, it’s a reality.

My sister died in the killing fields of Mid Staffs hospital. She had oesophagal cancer and had a stent inserted to supposedly help her digest a little liquidised food. The stent punctured her lung and caused pneumonia. She had an oxygen mask, a tube to feed her through her stomach and apparatus attached because of her lung injury. Ok, she had no chance of survival but did she have to crawl on her hands and knees to the toilet because no member of staff would help her?She begged a doctor to let her go into a hospice as she said she wanted to die with a little dignity. This was arranged and she died two days later.
Hundreds of patients must have suffered the way she did. BBC and newspapers seem to care very little about such suffering.Just interested in making sure Ed Miliband is portrayed as a wronged son.

Burham, his Labour colleagues, and Nicholson, and their Labour / Common Purpose apparatchiks in the NHS should be tried for crimes against humanity.

Even if individuals cannot be identified for prosecution (because of the cover ups), anyone in anyway associated with these unnecessary deaths and the subsequent cover ups should be fired immediately without compensation / pension and banned from working in the public sector ever again. There is absolutely nothing to prevent the NHS from sacking these people for failing to be accountable or take responsibility for their actions / inactions. But of course, that would go against the corrupt culture of the NHS.

When Cameron stood up for Nicholson, it tells you everything you need to know about Cameron, the NHS, and the British public sector as a whole.

Cameron should have made an examples of Sir David Nicholson and the CEO of Mid Staffs Hospital / the CQC.

By not doing so, he has confirmed that you can get away with almost anything in the NHS without sanction.

And consequently the NHS Holocaust continues, unabated, as do the careers of senior NHS Holocaust deniers…

This country, with its unprincipled politicians, its crony socialism, corrupt public sector, and corrupt/dishonest BBC disgusts me.

“She is boring. A technocrat. She is Philip Hammond with a fanny. Not interesting, but rendered interesting by circumstance. And that circumstance is that she is a woman. And in an age when the Prime Minister gets it in the neck for refusing to wear a fucking T-shirt that says he is a feminist, that is a rocket boost right underneath you.”
