      “on private property”

Doorstepping 101: Right of implied access, wasn’t asked to leave, keep pressing your point until asked to leave. When asked to leave, leave.

Cameraman ought to have filmed from public footpath but as it’s Kelvin the editor obviously thought he can fuck off.

It’s one thing paying at journalism, Guido, it’s another thing entirely to be one and understand the law regarding what you can and can not do.

Enough video tape evidence there to get Kelvin prosecuted for stalking , harassment, road rage, intimidation and trespass (Have I missed any?).

Can’t see any public interest defence in this; this is an offcom matter and they are far harder on intrusion than the BBC trust or the PCC.

Kelvin has no excuse – save that he was and remains ‘out of control’.

He recently left his column [His Narcissism oozed out in every word] at the D Mail – stating that he was setting up some kind of consultancy …

He needs a break and a rest – I sugget a little institution at Ashworth would be just the right place.

Unbelievable stuff, it’s saying something about how OTT the C4 reporter was when he has split the comments down the middle on here and almost has people feeling sorry for MacKenzie

MacKenzie was shot with his own gun there – which isn’t saying much for the actions of the C4 reporter.

Russia Today is a cauldron of bullsh*t. The only people that take it seriously are deluded conspiracy theorists. Other RT journos have resigned citing the same reasons.

It’s about as believable as Press TV, KCNA of North Korea or the Daily Mirror.
