Friday Prize Caption Competition

Because it has been such a fun week Guido is actually going to offer, for once, a prize to the winning wit. First some background, above on the left is Rose Gibb, sacked Chief Executive of the patient-killing Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Hospitals Trust and on the right is Andy Burnham MP, the Health Minister performing an opening ceremony. Wittiest caption in the comments wins a copy of the 2008 edition of The Bumper Book of Government Waste 2008.
