The panel, whose role is to “provide advice to Ofcom about specific areas of our work relevant to misinformation and disinformation” will meet on 16 May and is made up of five members on three-year terms:
The committee is chaired by Lord Allan and will provide advice as sought by Ofcom on the execution of internet regulation. Expect it to advise the regulator to go further and faster in locking down online freedoms…
