UK DOGE’s FOI Unit fired off a request to find out how much of the taxpayer cash has been shelled out on diversity training within the British Army. Between January 2024 and February 2025, a hefty £193,926 was blown 106 diversity course for 424 Army staff. The courses include: ‘Holistic Allies Training’ to train staff “to challenge exclusive working behaviours and be an effective ally to all groups,” a ‘Leading Diverse and Inclusive Organisations’ course to help them understand the “lived experience of feeling included/excluded,” and training to become a Diversity and Inclusion adviser and DEI Practitioner, empowering them to “create a whole force inclusive working environment.” For that you could:
