Chris Bryant is defending a 7,445 majority in his Leave-voting Rhondda constituency, so he needs all the help he can get. Several non-Labour voters were bewildered to find themselves invited into Bryant’s campaign WhatsApp group this week. Judging by the number who immediately left the group, the request for help was not universally well received.
