Latest from the Electoral Commission on the EU citizens with polling cards debacle – so far 3,462 foreign voters were sent referendum polling cards or postal votes despite not having a vote. That’s a lot more than they were suggesting yesterday. The real figure could be higher still, as six more local authorities have yet to confirm whether they have a problem. Slow clap…
