Yet Something was up with this Helter Skelter warning that galleries and museums would be “decimated“. Now we can all Come Together to laugh at him as the real terms cut is confirmed at just 5%. We Can Work It Out to be one sixth of what was feared. How will he Get Back his reputation after this?
