The Balls Offensive

With Ed Balls dissing Douglas Alexander on LBC last night, this morning his wife Yvette Cooper has launched another broadside against the embattled election coordinator. As Guido reported earlier in the week, Alexander is under attack internally from the likes of Michael Dugher for not “taking the fight to UKIP”, and today that row has spilled over to the pages of the Mirror:

“Like their plans for NHS charges or millionaire tax cuts, UKIP’s Thatcherite policies are worse than David Cameron’s. Pulling out of Europe won’t help. That risks jobs. Better to get EU reforms – including better controls when countries join.

We mustn’t ignore UKIP … nor must we imitate them – we are challenging all the other parties because they have no answers to help working people.”

Finally it appears at least one faction in Labour has noticed the party ahead of them in the EU polling rather than being obsessed by the one languishing in last place. Looks a lot like a coordinated Balls camp shift…

Perhaps historians will refer to it as the “final solution” to the problem of the english working class not voting for socialism and how annoyed the rich lefties have been made by this.

I suppose for all concerned we must hope that the descendents of the men who fought hitler and napoleon don’t fight back. If they decide they won’t go quietly into that night and decide they won’t see the indigenous english made extinct without a fight then there will be carnage.

Gave billion pound PFI contracts to their cronies which resulted in hospitals being in debt for the next 30 years and being charged £350 to have a lightbulb changed

Tax credits are used to fund both low paid jobs and job immigration into this country that then competes for low paid no-skill jobs with the workers already here. They are a disaster.
Labour had a golden oppotunity in 1997 to start moving the UK economy to a high value high skill model. It decided to borrow easy cash of and waste it and allow the banking sector to rip a new arse hole in the economy. Guess who this hurt most? For fucks sake, we needed a rise in interest rates in 2003. Then young people would now be able to buy something more than a shitbox to reside among feral scum who leech off their taxes.

But ooooh, couldn’t do that could we Balls. That would have ended the massive tax bounty from stamp duty for you to spunk down the drain on your drone-like pet voters, and pensioners and savers might have had a return on their hard-earned.

Blair could not do a thing whilst she was there. As a result of this meddling we lost Lady Diana and it was no longer safe for scientists to visit woods.
