No Answers from Mitchell Yet on Leak Complaint

Andrew Mitchell’s office are yet to add anything to his statement outside his house this morning. Guido has specifically asked them to confirm or deny any involvement with a complaint to the Met about at the leak of the police log. Should be a pretty simple one to clear up…

What took plod so long. It was obvious that a breach of police rules had taken place and it’s no good the Sun whining about it. Mitchel may be a twat but I believe he was set up by the filth.

      Your evidence is what exactly?

Oh and the arresting officer may have made an illegal arrest. Code G of S24(Powers of arrest) states that there has to be a reason for arrest. Look it up – complicated to explain here. I would not think there was a reason for arrest. This looks very politically motivated.

Queen to observe a bunch of clowns says:

The Queen is to attend a cabinet meeting on Tuesday as an observer, No 10 has said. This is believed to be the first time this has happened since Queen Victoria’s reign. The cabinet will present her with a gift, for which they have paid.

She is expected to sit beside the prime minister for the regular meeting of the government’s senior ministers.

I’m sure the bill for the gift will be put on expenses.

So, let that be a warning to all you plebs: cross the ‘detoxified’ Tories and you can expect things to turn very nasty indeed.

      Detoxified Tories says:

The idea that the Tories are in any way and to any degree detoxified is hilarious. It’s still the same racist, anti-gay rabble of lunatics it always was. I’m amazed so many Tories hate Tony Blair. Apart from the race and gay issues, he was just as, if not more, right wing, cutting taxes for the uber-rich, cosying up to big business, giving PFI contracts to his pals and widening the gap between rich and poor.

I’ll say one thing for the Tories though. Whilst not a fan of Thatcher in the slightest, at least she didn’t take the country into an illegal war based on a pack of lies.

          Dick Droxford says:

Which ‘pack of lies’ specifically did Mrs Thatcher spin to take us into the Falklands War? Was it the one about Argentina invading the Falklands in contravention of just about every international law imaginable? Or was it the one about how they triumphantly stood over the small garrison of Marines who were made to lie face down on the ground, as they raised their flag over Port Stanley. Or was it the one where she claimed that the Falklands was legally British and that the residents there wished to remain so. If you respond to this reponse, please don’t make me laugh by using the word ‘Imperialist’ in reference to UK, given that Argentina is only what it is today due to Spanish imperialism (and don’t get me started about Gib!)

          • Living in 96.98 percent white Merseyside says:

And the outcome? Argentina got democracy and we got a further miserable 15 years of the Tories.

We won that war but lost the peace.

          • its bleak in sunderland says:

The Falklands was a just war military dictatorship one of the worst records in human rights abuse,If only we had another Iron Lady the lefties will never get over the fact that she changed this country for the better if only Cameron was half the man she was.

          Sir William Waad says:

It was based on the fact that Argentina invaded the Falkland Islands, which is no lie; and describing wars as ‘legal’ or ‘illegal’ is nonsense; one might as well call them ‘bald’ or ‘hairy’.

          • Admiral Leach says:

As I recall the Falklands was a necessary war to restore legal British rule to its sovereign territory that had been invaded.

          • Sir Max (I counted them all out.......) says:

The Falklands was a bit hairy – ask the crew of the Sheffield.

        Bluto says:

I like the “distance yourselves from Blair” smokescreen but New Labour under Gordon Brown taxed the poor more and the rich less than the Tory-led coalition government which fact holes your rant beneath the waterline. Glug glug. Still, like all socialist lies it was a nice big one. Goebbels would be proud of you.

Better a Tory rabble than a gang of nasty, New Labour fascists, thank you.

Cross the police and expect them to make up a pack of lies to protect their own, Shirley?

    • 18
      Bluto says:

Not really. A minor confrontation between “New Police” (now largely the armed wing of social services and Labour, directed in their duties by Keir Starmer, scion of a Labour dynasty) and a rather unlovely Tory grandee.

Hmm. Which one deserves less credit and more opprobrium? Well Mitchell appeared to show a bit of arrogance and bad temper. “New Police” on the other hand…

A leaks a leak, so does it really matter who has put the boot in and made the complaint.

Oliver got nowhere with the Beeboids when footage was leaked of him berating an AljaBeba journo and an enquiry was demanded.

I want an enquiry over the £500k + that has been blown out of Legal Aid defending Abu Qatada, the man hasn’t contributed anything to this country other than his hate, his diatribes and his demands that we all go Muslim.
Now his new landlady has decided that she wasn’t aware that he’s the DSS tenant and she wants him out, ideal solution to give him, his wives and family a one way economy flight to Amman and be shot of him.

      Bluto says:

Plod is now following Marcusean principles like Labour. It doesn’t matter how devious, dishonest, underhand, duplicitous or dissembling the means are as long as the end is a good Fabian one. So the evidence in politically correct cases against old white men doesn’t matter. The objective is conviction with or without the inconvenience of trial.

Mitchell = hated Tory, toxic Tory, Toff, aristo, etc., therefore fair game for Labour and their “New Police”. Truth doesn’t matter. Only the damage done.
