Mr Saville’s “victims” need to sue the BBC for damages as its obviously to blame. What’s sauce for an archdiocese is sauce for a broadcaster. Who was in charge of the BBC at the time, did they know about Savile, even if he didn’t its not important he/she was responsible and needs to be questioned.

A High Court judge has questioned whether new medical evidence on is reason enough to delay his extradition to the US.
The terror suspect’s lawyers said eight years in prison had resulted in chronic sleep deprivation and depression.
They said he was unfit to plead at a trial and follow the proceedings.
But the judge said Abu Hamza could be treated in the US, and said “the sooner he stands trial the better”. The judgement is expected on Friday.

As much as I would like to see the BBC fvcked over this, unless there was a criminal investigation at the time, which there wasn’t, as far as we know, that they lied to/obstructed etc. How can the law blame them as an organisation for “covering up” when individuals were basically choosing to ignore gossip or common place luvvie shananigans? The most telling aspect of the documentary for me was the part where Savile and Gary Glitter were shown at the end of one of Savile’s shows, each of them sitting on bean bags with their arms around 12-14 year old girls- children. Gary Glitter said, “Ooh, do I get two?” “Yes, you get two said Savile”. A sick private joke between two perverts in respect of the abuse that was to follow.

Isn’t it pretty common rumour that jimmy and ‘big brother contestants’ were supplying various estabishment/government figures with youngsters? Don’t most of the same rumours link this in with kincora and haute le garenne (which jimmy had a super injuction with the sun over) and MI5 entrapment stings? What about edward heath and exactly how we manage to get signed up to the EEC? What about the fact the everyone who investigates any of the above seems to fall off a ferry in the middle of a night, or die in a house fire…all at the same time…
And did jimmy really spend all those wonderful christmases by the fire with maggie and dennis?
Maybe with a cynical hat on one could think that the coming levison enquiry report has a few in the press digging through their old dirty secrets book? shot across the bows?
If i had to make a wild guess i’d guess any press regulation that comes out of the Leveson inquiry is likely to contain a “community cohesion” clause that would have blocked the Times from breaking the story about mass child abuse in the northern towns.
This whole story is about Compensation, and about people like Ester Rancid getting her mush on the box. There’s no real “FACTS” just rumours and rumours of rumours. We’re being swept along by a media frenzy and do-goodin morons eager to bring “Justice”.
Just imagine if this had happened at sky or itv it would be the lead item. This is crimal and a systematic attempt not to tell the truth. I say time to close them down.
