The Mail‘s James Chapman reported an intriguing rumour this morning that Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith could be set to replace Ken Clarke at the Ministry of Justice in the forthcoming reshuffle. Given the unpopular but necessary task undertaken by IDS Guido agreed with those expressing their surprise at the gossip:
