Operation Get Behind the Yellows Continues
After it emerged that the Cabinet discussed how they could maximise the chances of the LibDems winning in Oldham, Dave had to hit the stump, but it was hardly a ringing endorsement for the Tory candidate. Not only did the PM undertake an extremly low-key visit, he also managed to forget the candidate’s name. Political Scrapbook got the video:
The message to the large Tory vote in the seat is don’t bother or vote tactically. The ambivalence from high command has infuriated many in the party who see this as yet another example of Cameron steering ever closer to the LibDems. What were mutterings from a few of the old guard, has become a growing concern among many of the new members. Speaking to a couple of them last night, it seems Cameroon has become a dirty word…

Cameron is fucking ‘clown shoes’ and he rides a girls bike….
So when exactly is Cam planning to submit his Lib Dem application form?
How much more proof do you need that there is almost no difference between the top three parties? Most Liberals are, at heart, lefties. This is why so many of their supporters have defected to labour.
The tories are moving ever closer to the Liberals, who are a friendlier version of labour, and all three are utterly subservient to the EU.
Let’s face it, the only reason that Ed Miliband only has a blank piece of paper for policy, is because the coalition are basically implementing most of the same government as labour implemented. Just a tiny bit cheaper and a bit more liberally.
I do welcome the step back from the ever more totalitarian approach that labour was pursuing, but that could be all window dressing with the same sort of illiberal policies being discussed in the EU. And with all three parties still pushing the blatant AGW fraud, that could be the excuse they use to implement the same totalitarian policies here. Control how everyone produces carbon, and you control everyone.
There is only one right of centre party left with real conservative policies, real common sense and real policies that are based on getting this country back, working, for the benefit of the sovereign people of this nation.
FUCK all three parties.
I’m supporting UKIP.
I support UKIP too but realistically and unfortunately they’re not going to form the next government.
The next government will be precisely like the last government, albeit tweaked slightly with a few cosmetic changes. That is because, we do not elect our government anymore, what we elect are the administrators who work on behalf of our real government. You know, the one you cannot vote for or ever remove, in Brussels.
The lot in Westminster are merely the errand boys.
Well that’s true, but remember if the UKIP voters at the last election had voted Tory, Cameron would have won outright.
The more votes Cameron loses to UKIP, the more likely it is that CCHQ will dump him and find a proper Conservative to lead the party.
Cameron, whose familiarity with Clegg’s anal gland is looking more and more likely, is in effect Labour Lite.
I’ll vote UKIP
Not going to form the next government? They’re the reason we have a Lib-Con Coalition. You got exactly what you voted for. Well done.
Rubbish! Pearson offered Cameron a free run for a referendum. Cameron told him to get stuffed and the subsequent tory failure, was a direct result of Cameron’s making. Well done indeed.
So your alternative?
Vote for third way socialism “lite” from rusty Dave?
No way – follow your Conservative conscience & vote UKIP.
The cabal of crooks in the cartel of power in Westminster can only succeed if you succumb to their politics of fear.
Blue Labour OUT!
Thats the spirit.
Blue Labour out.
Vote UKIP and upset the status quo.
Vote UKIP get labour
Did you mean cunt?
he’s playing the long game. destroy Labour. I support him.
Lib Dems support down to less than 10%. That means the lefty SDP lot have sodded off back to labour and left the LibDems as proper liberals. indistinguishable from most modern tories. tories+liberals can keep labour out of power.
A plausible scenario. Unfortunately LibDem constituency activists tend to treat politics as a game of terminal snakes and ladders and are terrified of actually winning any election. Check on Shepway Council under KidDem control to get the gist of what I mean.
Let’s face it Dave is more of a liberal than Nick is.
+1
He does not actually believe in anything, but he is a neo lib.
he will, but it will be the Liberal party of old, not the half liberal, half SDP mess that they have now. the SDP was always a socialist fifth column in a fundamentally decent Liberal party
Correct.
The late great Liberal Cyril Smith once said “The SDP should have been strangled at birth”
So is it Kashif Ali or is it Ali Kashif? And why is a foreigner allowed to be a British MP?
In this PC dominated country, you need telling?
This particular foreigner is never going to be a British MP.
The alternative to a coalition is Ed Miliband. As long as there is a coalition, concessions have to be made, for instance by Clegg on university tuition fees.

Ukip are a million miles from office. {sadly}
Even the Greens have more MPs.
Its Coalition-lib/lab, coalition lib/con – Tory or Labour.
That may be a choice between cancer or heart disease but in reality its the only choice their is. You can wish up a tea party protest but its not going to catch on.
So the top team choices are
Dave/George
Ed/Allan
or
Ed/Vince ?
take your pick.
Bill, as I argued C@W:
“And what would have happened if we had a Labour/LibDim coalition? Gordon would have gone because that was the price that Clegg demanded. The chancellor would have been Alistair D, and the fiscal picture would have been pretty similar to today.
Better, Call-Me-Dave would have been out on his ear and a real Tory party emerged.
What have we got now? More EU, which our quisling PM is afraid to even acknowledge. More global warming tripe. Fake “efficiency”, but continued spending where we cannot afford it.”
What’s the difference?
So the only alternatives are the coalition, or Ed’s labour?
How shit a choice is that? It’s like asking do you want cancer or heart disease?
I would rather vote for a cure, if that’s OK, rather than which fatal disease this nation should be killed off by.
And kill it the L-LD-C intend to do.
Its called democracy Mr Ned. If you were the country’s dictator you could install a UKIP government but the mass of the people did not vote UKIP.
If by some misfortune AV came in I would also vote UKIP first and Cons second.
It’s more like would you like a tapeworm or malaria (both normally non-fatal parasites).
Ah, but Labour will dump Millidum before the next GE, guaranteed.
They’ll put a new leader in place, unconnected with the Brown/Blair years about a year or so before the GE.
Seeing as Cameron couldn’t even beat a hated Brown outright, any Labour leader that appeals even slightly to the public will win.
Maybe the Tories will learn the lesson and not elect a lefty to lead their party next time.
Complete & utter surrender of Conservative values to the sandal wearing sex pests & wierd beards?
F__k that.
Blue Labour out – at any cost, at all cost.
Not necessarily, Sir William. A more conservative Tory party could well have secured a decent working majority and formed a government.
There were 2 million potenial Tory voters who simply stayed at home back in May and another million who voted UKIP. How many LibDem MPs would not be in work today if those voters had put an X next to a Tory candidate’s name? How many Labour MPs?
The swimming pool turns yellow every time I get in.
Eat fewer carrots
carrots are my only friends
Low key – more like no key ! Is DC bent on neutering OUR party, it does seem he sidelines men of true calibre -David Young, Howard Flight David Davis cannot be ignored as they don’t fit his and Hilton’s mewling mould ?
Well, unless your party kicks out the pro EU traitors and puts real conservatives in charge, then votes lost to UKIP will keep any two of the top three in power in left of centre “progressive” coalitions going forward.
When the constituency boundaries are equalised removing the huge in-built bias to labour, it will be ever more difficult, for any one party to take overall control. Disaffected liberals will vote labour. Fewer tories will vote blue labour.
So unless the tories get a real conservative in and do a deal with UKIP and take that one million voters back, I cannot see how we can have a future without permanent left of centre, ever-larger, high taxing, pro EU, Pro eco-mentalist fascism, pro divisive politically correct, high immigration government.
Baring in mind that so long as the Conservatives keep whoring themselves to the EU, “big-government progressives”, the politically correct and the eco-nutters, we will always have the same sort of government that we have now, and that only gives us a choice between cancer and heart disease at an election.
I will vote for a cure instead. I know that will help keep either the cancer or the heart disease in power, but I really do not give a shit which disease kills the UK as both are fatal.
At least I will have a clean conscience knowing I voted for a cure, rather than one disease over another.
And you will get bloody labour if you vote UKIP. Better to earbash the tory candidate and insist he demands an EU referendum (in/out) or the petition given to him with xxxxxthousand votes will go to UKIP and deny him/her a life of luxury at Westminster.
The cons had their chance and proved unworthy of trust. This untrustworthiness is now being displayed daily.
You see, you were doing well there, but you ruined it right at the end…

I hope Slotgob has kept her promise to pull some strings to get me off from receiving a prison sentence.
Only if your cheque has cleared.
Funny as fuck….
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/lib-dems-suffer-byelection-slump-in-berkshire-2178447.html
Too good!
Hope your brief taste of power was worth political oblivion for you and your party, Clegg, you spineless t1t.
I forsee a labour victory. the muppets who put a cross next to duffer woolas name time after time are hardly likely to change now are they? the libdem supporters will stay away or switch to labour for a protest about ‘cuts’ or whatever and the tories will not bother. a labour win here will bolster millipedes ‘leadership’ and he will continue to lead the comrades into oblivion, hurrah!
A Labour win is a given, It’s who shows in the lower placings that will be of interest.
I showed in the lower placings, but I still became leader!
Labour did not create the deficit. I am a genius.
The BBC is doing its best for Labour in Oldham. No chance is missed to rubbish the efforts of the coalition, giving prominence to the Quango report as their lead story today. And the VAT misinformation drive goes on: the BBC selected 100% negative comments on the VAT rise for their web-site:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-12112972
And as usual the public’s understanding of the rise is very limited, with one women saying she looks for value brands at the supermarket; well an overwhelming proportion of goods at the supermarket, that is food, are zero rated. No increase then.
What this government should be accused of is a failure to communicate; given that Cameron chose communications as a career, it’s a bit rum that the coalition is repeatedly wrong-footed on its actions, largely because people do not understand them.
‘Failure to communicate’
Now where have I heard that phrase regurgitated endlessly before and by whom? Maybe it is because the ‘message’ is shit and includes the term ‘more of the same’.
Or Lefty Labour types controlling the m,edia perhaps? The BBC is rather influential and the papers hate the coalition. A bit of a hinderance to communication that!
Could it be that Cameron has no discernible talent whatsoever?
Blair was a failed lawyer, looks like we now have a failed PR man as PM.
BBC HYS – they got rid of the vote system because everytime a right wing view held the top spot.
They also deliberately destroyed the HYS archive for the same reasons – an archive that would be gold to future historians.
The revisionist BBC will stop at nothing.
So why does anyone with a right wing view pay the TV Tax?
Just stop feeding the leftist monster- they are powerless to make you pay.
Some of the braindeads dragged onto bbc said they didn’t know how they could survive with a 20% increase in vat, believing their heating, food and everything else will be going up by 20%. The bbc helpfully didn’t correct them or give them the correct information….bastards
I questioned the BBC/labour assertion that poor people would be paying an extra £400 or so due to the vat increase, because…..
if the vat increase costs you an extra £400/year, that means that you’ve been spending around £19,000 per year on top-rated-vat products after you’ve paid your income tax, natitional insurance, mortgage, electric/gas bills, and food bills.
If you’ve got £19k left over after all that (ie £19k in totally disposable income after you’ve paid every single bill and all your income taxes) then you’re not exactly poor.
The BBC/Labour stats are complete shit.
How many people do you know who have about £1600/month left over in cold-hard-cash after they’ve paid all their bills/taxes? and these are “poor” or “average” people? It’s total shite.
By allowing the tail to wag the dog Cameron is losing votes daily.
Confidence in the Conservatives will truly wain if he allows the Lib Dems to get Conservative votes. If the Lib Dems do not win at Oldham, then Labour is the only winner, and will rejuvenite a reviled corrupt party that they and the BBC will revel in.
Cameron is now on a road littered with road kills and more serious mistakes.
Time for him to face reality and show that true Conservative ideals are still in place and defended. Not seen any sign of this in the last 3 months.
Who are they losing votes to exactly? Labour!!! Lib Dems?!!! Tories have gained a lot of support since being in government, mainly from soft Tories who fell for Clegg’s TV debate bullshit, but now see the Liberals as a hinderance to the Conservatives. Any movement back to Labour from Liberals, will be from mainly protest voting Guardainistas who usually live in safe Tory seats, so their votes won’t translate to Labour seats.
the best possible outcome would be a narrow labour victory, after all it has always been a labour seat. This would keep Millepede safe . The only ones worst
is Balls or his ugly wife. What a shower.
It’s just a shitty seat to call for the Tories. 2k votes behind is close enough to have a go, especially as the by-election is happening as a result of Labour scumbaggery. Do Libs have a better chance to embarass Labour? Will Tories bother to turn out? Too many imponderables with seat and nobody has a fucking clue as to how it will go. The only 2 things that are fairly predictable, is a low turnout and Labour protest voting against the coalition. That pretty well ensures another Liebour scumbag gets into westminster and the media have their narrative supported.
You base on what evidence? Tory support is very good at getting out in general elections but crap at turning out in by-elections when the Conservatives are in power. Especially in a seat that isn’t exactly solid Tory territory. Labour are guarranteed to get more protest voters out and Tories and Lib dems will most likely stay at home because they are not galvanised into voting in by-elections. Also, the postal vote will shark it for Labour as well.
This is why I & many traditional Conservatives have left the party since Cam-Sham took over.
He has no Conservative qualities I recognise – & yes, his name is a dirty word to proper Tories now judging by the venom with which his name is spat out at the old Conny club.
Blue Labour out.
I on the other hand have joined the party, and I am pressing every conservative MP to get an EU referendum in this parliament, scrap postal voting (apart from armed forces overseas) and get out of the EU human rights rubbish so we can deport who the hell we want.
IMHO what we need is a really good war
Followed by an English H itler(I am available for both)
F uck all this bombing of goat herders, lets invade france and italy along with our natural allies the germans and scandanavians (they provide the cheap sofas)
It stimulates the economy, gives young men something to do
Kilsl frogs and wops and then we get to shag their women all whilst enjoying a more agreeable climate
That’s a cunning plan, but.. how about we hand-out British Passports to everyone in Africa. They all move here but while they’re en-route we all sneak down to Africa! Ha! We could do much more with it than they ever could, and we get to default on Britain’s de*bt at the same time.
Exactly what the chinks are doing
They own Rhodesia and its chrome deposits
“By guile”
The sneaky bastards all look alike which makes their cunning plan even more inscrutable
Using the lib dems as a human shield ?????
You Tube Conservative Meeting on Boxing Day with Baroness Warsi…..fascinating insight into New Conservatism
I see the ethnic cleansing of the native British continues at an apace.
The ultimate truth is the current arrangement for electing a Government fails because “the people” know only too well the outcome rarely represents the majority.
If proof were needed current and past Governments gerrymandering to avoid asking the people in a straightforward way such as referendum on key UK issues strengthen the argument that the current system is corrupt self serving and not fit for purpose.
“Big Society” what a joke
The electorate now fully “up to speed” they understands that political parties will promise virtually anything to win an election, only to renege on it once elected.
The answer is to know your enemy and walk away, liars cheats and rouges don’t need my support.
Doesn’t he say “our candidate is actually very very strong?”
If UKIP looked like it would win a majority then the fake conservatives under cast iron Dave would jump into an electoral pact with both labour and the libdems to keep them out.
The new tripartite cesspit with a common purpose and it rules at Westminster, there is nothing being done now that labour or the libdems would not have done, its one big Westminster party enacting a common political agenda. Its a three headed snake with interchangeable policies.
Look at cast irons record on the quango parasite culture, any different to the other two? Look at the EU monster, any difference there? Look at how the UK is being raped by the Brussels commissars and look at public spending which is rising not falling. The deficit is rising and taxes are rising and EU federal law is being quietly enacted.
How many of the new fake conservative MP intake have made an impression yet? In fact they are cast from a central mould, identical droids for a new party, faceless personality free droids for the new reality. UKIP are not fighting against different parties now, they face a unified political class determined to enact the same policies with the same goals an objectives.
Now many right wingers voted for the fake conservatives in the vain hope that the fake conservatives were just playing it quietly to avoid a leftist dominated press from attacking it in the usual way? We now know that the fake conservatives are actually not conservatives at all but simply part of a Westminster party, no other party will be allowed to invade the power monopoly. The big three like things just the way they are, one big happy family of the political class.
It is not as if Oldham has a memorable name like Michelle Marsh!

What we need is for Gordon Brown to visit the constituency.
CamEUron, chief of the Foe-Conservatives, is surely now one of the dirtiest words in the English language. There are times when he makes ‘Hoon’ seem like a polite description – at least one expected Hoon’s behaviour from a nu-labourite, but this heir-to-Heath is a traitor to everything he is supposed to represent – I imagine most Old Etonians must be utterly disgusted and embarassed by what their school spawned!
It is a common opinion that Mr Cameron did not want to win a clear majority in the general election – that he was hopeing (and planning) for a deal with the Lib Dems for years.
Remember Mr Cameron sees himself as the “heir to Blair” and sees the “Conservative right” (who believe in such things as lower taxes and national independence) as the enemy.
