+++ Students Smashing Up CCHQ +++
CCHQ staffers are a little worried apparently. Does the NUS, who organised the protest, support this French direction? Time for the tear gas…

UPDATE: Molotov cocktail spotted thrown at CCHQ.
UPDATE II: We didn’t start the fire:

UPDATE III: Invasion of the Tower cleared, police being stoned and bricked as they try to push back the crowd. Well more fun than a lecture eh?

UPDATE IV: Riot police are surrounding LibDem HQ to make sure the same doesn’t happen there. Crowds are gathering at Cowley Street
UPDATE V: Flaring up again and police still not in control. Understand Millbank Tower and 30 Millbank (CCHQ) are in the process of being evacuated.
UPDATE VI: Reports of serious glass and concrete injuries and that medics can not get through. The woeful planning and incitement by the NUS President Aaron Porter is going to make his position very tricky. MI5 have shut down Thames House and the red flag has been raised above CCHQ:
Riot police kitting up…

Could be interesting Labour MPs are marching with the students
Oh the joy if some of them get arrested. Need a dedicated station soon……
Daily Telegraph reports that Cameron admits tuition fee increase will keep costs down for foreign students.
EU students do not pay tuition fees in Scotland where in contrast English, Irish and Welsh students do. We are giving free university education to our continental cousins when costs for British students are trebled- good economic plan Dave. Perhaps we ought to nurture the talent of this country for our coutry’s prosperity, a bit like China, then one day we might get back in the industrial world!
Top university places should be going to British students – not foreigners.
But the foreign Students have to pay the full costs and this is a BIG earner for Britain.
Remember the foreign students are their country’s brightest and come here to do the proper degree courses. They then go on to gain positions of power in their own country and remain friends with Britain thus generating more wealth for the UK.
EU students DO NOT pay tuition fees in Scotland, English, Irish and Welsh students do. Other foreign students are able to get student loans and it is unlikely that those who do will repay because we cannot chase them abroad. Your points are commonly advanced without any evidence to support them.
Wasn’t Bin Laden a foreign student?
“…one day we might get back in the industrial world!”
The UK is the sixth largest exporter of manufactured goods in the world.
Currently 11% manufaturing base, hardly a world beater.
About time you stopped sneering and backed some expansion then, isn’t it?
About time you stopped denying the obvious. Smug twat.
Obvious eh? I suppose that means you live in part of the country where no-one can be arsed getting their hands dirty.
Is it a surprise that there are places in Britain where things still get made?
We just need to get a few bankers down there to smoke cigars and wave wedges of £50 notes at all the poor students.
We’re all in this together!
“Top university places should be going to British students – not foreigners.”
I think you’ll find that British students are very keen on foreigners. In fact in most circumstances they prefer them and would like to fill the whole country with them, not just universities.
Better than bloody northeners and commoners. Atleast with a johnny foreigner you can’t tell how well bred he is quite so easily.
I’m sympathetic to your point, however in my experience of teaching, the Erasmus students put domestic British students to complete shame. I have firsts to all of my Erasmus students; their work was absolutely outstanding, and it was all in a second or third language for them. IMHO one of the main reasons the British students are so poor in comparison is the sense of entitlement.
“EU students do not pay tuition fees in Scotland where in contrast English, Irish and Welsh students do.”
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
Yes, but who earth would want to go to Scottish university? They’re falling down and their academic reserach is marginal.
St Andrew’s prof, St Andrew’s. Maybe a crap university but for all those lads who would happily, lovingly, gloriously play golf at any given opportunity, well, it don’t get much better. I blame my mum for making me do stooodees and educayshun instead of honing my back swing into the effective killing machine that it is now. Could probably have saved myself 10 years. Curses!
Or catch fire, in which case I’m sure they’d be urging their firefighter comrades to cross their picket lines pronto.
anything that annoys Kay Burley and Murdoch is fine with me.
As Malcolm X says “people involved in a revolution don’t become part of the system. they destroy the system”
Mary had a little lamb, it met it’s end halal.
The bits that Mary couldn’t eat, were tinned and sold as Pal.
Mary had a little lamb
…… her boyfriend was sooooo surprised.
Mary had a little lamb, she also had a bear.
I’ve often seen her little lamb but I’ve never seen her bare!
Mary had a little lamb,
the doctors were astounded,
everywhere that Mary went, gynaecologists surrounded.
(Half Man Half Biscuit, circa 1984)
Really, what revolution is this?
Looks like the barricades are going to be manned by the hard pressed children of the Home Counties.
London Muzzie thinks a few hundred socialist workers and anarchists hijacking a student march equals a revolution. Just goes to show how isolated some muzzies are from the rest of the country, they haven’t got a clue.
Islam is incompatible with British Civilisation
http://loganswarning.com/2010/11/10/uk-muslims-against-crusades-to-protest-against-british-troops-video/
To be fair, MAC is the latest monicker of Andy Choudhury’s motley crew…
Islam is incompatible with Civilisation
Fixed it for you.
Oh dear – not you again, LM.
Quite often, once I’ve finished chuckling, I feel sorry for you.
That sentiment comes over me as I ponder the possibility that you really do think this is a revolution.
London today was about as comparable to (eg) France in 1798 as your co-religionists’ cumulative jihadic murders in the West compare to WW1. By comparison, they are pinpricks. Extermely regrettable, especially in the latter case, but unlikely to destabilise the system.
And while we’re at it, can you tell me exactly what ‘revolution’ the soi-disant Malcolm X accomplished?
By the way, is the shirtless chap in the picture one of yours? And the chap kneeling to his right? And the grinning buffoon over his right shoulder? I enquire, merely.
Get back to perfecting the “cavity bomb”, sonny
BBC have got their chopper filming it.
Dick robinson ?
Yes, he is one.
Looks like the Plod are not on top of this.
Pathetic, where are the police?
They will only finally wake up and do something worthwhile when someone puts in a Macdonalds window, if past experience is anything to go by.
Evening all…
Its time like this when I can honestly say
“moving along now” “nothing to see”
Plod have either:
a) been cut to the bone already in London so do not have enough man / woman power to protect the tower from the student terrorists (Liebor / Woolas view)
b) are unhappy at the cuts in their numbers being proposed so on an unofficial go slow (Hypocrite Hattie Harriet view)
c) incompetenet as frequently happens (BJ view)
Isn’t the Woolas view, “Let’s all hide from Joanna Lumley”?
Where’s the RPG?
What next? Are they going to protest in front of MPs houses?
Which house to choose?
Time to bring in the riot police and kick arse. Those Little WPCs don’t stand a chance.
They might join in, as part of the cuts they are going to lose their jobs as well.
Why is it taking so long to reinforce the PLOD?
Welcome to a nation of inequality, anger and debt.
Wake up.
Well, you either go to university and pay for it through loans.
Or you go to uni and you pay for it through taxes the rest of your life.
With the current system, if you don’t go to uni, you pay taxes to send someone else.
The only losers would be teachers in subjects not considered worth £30k of debt. ie the pointless degrees
Cameron has just agreed with the EU to let in 20,000 Indians – per year on ICTs.
Anyone going to uni now is going to rack up huge debts and not get a job at the end of it.
British jobs for British workers?
Well if these are representative, then it’s great that in future they will have to pay their own way. Don’t fancy subsidising these scumbags.
Would have thought MI5 would be made of sterner stuff.
Bloody students – should be getting laid and getting pissed.
Never mind that mindless thuggery, guess who made the winning line on Guido’s PMQs LiveChat: Harman Again Edition – was it you?
Highlights here
Good. All going to plan.
It’s not even gonna affect these Hoons. Aren’t the boozers open? Doesn’t anyone have any weed? Geez, can’t even get proper students these days. I went out a few weekends ago and they were all a little bit pissed and not one of them had (IMHO) taken any class A’s or was even skinning up. Probably doing fake degrees like business management or marketing or some other such pointless crap. I despair, sometimes.
I was at my alma mater last Freshers and the bar wasn’t even open!! ‘No demand’, apparently. We’d have been swinging from the lights and spewing in the fridges.
At least they’ve learnt to march at last. Pity the only thing they can think to protest about is money. The BBC are altering the meaning of words again and are calling it a “massive” protest.
Exactly mitch, back in my day a Saturday night at the Quay would make this lot look like the teddy bears picnic. They used to search you for weapons and if you didn’t have one you weren’t allowed in…
That, Mitch, is proper offensive. No demand? What? Eh? I don’t understand. We chucked all our empties into Newbs’ room when he buggered off somewhere in the first week and it almost filled the place! Ah, japes of old, japes of old. I really am an old fart but if kids don’t learn to smoke pot at their age then I genuinely do worry about them – could lead to a coke habit in their 20′s if they don’t know what drugs are.
Time for the bankstas to taste a bit of teargas, methinks.
Give the French the job. The CRS will clear an area within minutes. TV crews, rioters, pidgeons, everything is left motionless on the pavement.
How do you get tea back out of the keyboard…
Anon 137~~~ Easy; get a small screwdriver and gently prise off the letters “t”, “e” & “a”. Job done.
That is the funniest comment I’ve read here for ages. Can I steal it for my next play, it’s short of humour because it’s so ball achingly PC.
Phleeaseeeee…………..
Aint they meant to be learning ?
Just goes to show if they dont get their way they will use violence , typical leftie response .
No theirs no lectures on a Wednesday.
Clearly all the lectures in the world are not enough for you.
whoooooosh

sorry if I was too subtle.
Tool.
There there luvvy.
Mr. #4 is right – no lectures on Wednesday afternoons. Sport or in my case the Library instead. I think times have possibly changed.
Billy Bowden strikes again!
It’s at times like these that you need a Great War to wipe out this useless generation of youth.
This could be arranged….
Can’t seem to find this story on the BBC…………..
It’ll be on ITV and Sky, if you watch BBC, don’t blink!
Have the Beeb reported the decision of the Supreme court that Morley, Devine & Chator are to be tried as common criminals ?
SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I like drawing attention to critics of the coalition BUT not highlighting student insolence. How do I decide ??
It’s your duty as a taxpayer to fund my mothers benefits, my absent dad’s drug problem, my sisters course in Marxist-Feminist Revolutionary Studies and my course at the Punyversity of Neasden’s BA in Surfing and Getting Wasted in Newquay………
Fuck off gobshite.
Here’s a broom. Get busy you feckless whinging tosspot.
How can a student withdraw his Labour?
Good point.
Could represent a gain if he did.
Minus x minus = plus.
Does he have an account at the post office?
BBC news is showing a headscarf at the protest. Why is SHE protesting? Her family’s going to force her into an arranged marriage to serve her peedo profit anyway, so she hardly needs a degree.
That the Tory party Chairperson.
Profit? Err, prophet I think – and paedo not peedo if we’re getting pedantic.
did someone menshun cocktail
where were the police? caught apping when a load of leftie students strolled out.
I wonder how many are studying law, medicine etc as opposed to media studies
Exactly were are the police, is completely different when its a EDL march, apparently they reckon 24,000 students have turned up to this one.
They’ve started a bonfire now outside Millbank Tower!
They can chuck their career prospects on it!
I think they went up in flames long ago.
Arf.
They’re entitled to protest, I have no problem with that. I just have one question. Why didn’t they protest when Labour introduced tuition fees and then introduced top-up fees? Just a tad suspicious.
That was Bliars education, education, education – in other words, the gullible simpletons who voted them in got a terrific education regarding liebours truthfulness.
The lefts job is to forment dissent and dissatisfaction when their party is in opposition and supress it when in government. It looks like Cameron’s Jizya to the comrades is being spurned. Only he will be surprised by that.
Because the NUS is an apprentiship for a career in the Labour party. Don’t want to mess up their future prospects, do they?
They must be architecture students, then.
Would they set fire to the Tate Gallery just down the road?
That will be modern architecture students
So what about Tate Modern, then?
I take it Guy News is going to have a reporter there ?
I can honestly say that, having seen some of these ‘stoodants’ interviewed, I really can reasure them that they will not be required to pay back their student loans, mainly because they will never become employable.
they sound perfect to be MPS then
If these soap dodgers were the Countryside Alliance, Plod would be cracking skulls by now.
Same for EDL
Very few of them have covered their faces. Fucking amateurs. The plod will just round them up later.
Bullshit – the rowdy mob in the Countryside Alliance demo got a very easy ride – I was there, I saw it, a lot of yah’s enjoying a chance to kick off a little.
” police being stoned ”
Supriesed anyone ?
Suprised even !
Try again Billy
Bill, get the spell check plugin for Firefox dude.
Ed Militant and his student politics stirring up the militants. If this is true it is disgraceful.
Surely there were enough basturds in this world already.
If these demonstrators were Countryside Alliance the police and Tory MPs would have invited them into the HOC for luncheon and networking.
If these demonstrators were Countryside Alliance, they would ask police permission first, march on a sunday (but not Remembrance sunday) to avoid causing disruption, bring their own sandwiches and take their litter home with them. They wouldn’t throw Molotov cocktails, either. See Liberty and Livelihood march for details.
Then what is the point in protesting!
In the L&L march’s case, sheer weight of numbers. In this case, protest will acheive nothing except irritate most of the population.
Eng, you forgot the bit where the police beat the crap out of those in the front row, despite their admirable, non-violent conduct.
That was the later protest HJ, there was no violence of any sort on the L&L march.
Pillock. Is that what happened last time?
Obviously unable to access the wealth of footage regarding the Police brutality & oppression against rural English protestors on that fateful day – a day when the English came to the firm conclusion that their own Police force had been turned into nothing more than political thugs for Neo Labour.
Do you work for the BBC by any chance?
has any labour mp or union official come out to urge them to stop?
hopefully dave doesnt get any tips on how to deal with them in china
whoever that women is talking in the back of sky news at the rally should be prosecuted – has she asked them to stop? no she is stoking it up
Isnt inciting violence a crime ?
Woman on the PA from the TUC backing the thuggery. Enough said!
TUC view on violence:
“Any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted by a member of the public in circumstances arising out of the course of his or her employment.
This means verbal abuse or threats count just as much as a physical attack.
The risk of violent attack at work should never just “go with the job” or be blamed on bad luck, or even worse, the victim.”
Aren’t the police at Millbank ‘at work’?
‘Employee’ eh? So the self-employed, unemployed and retired don’t count.
C’mon Comwades join us in our protest for more beer money and legal highs.
I as a taxpayer do hereby renounce your expectation to garnish my wages in order for you to get stoned and cause criminal damage.
Work or starve motherfucker. Your call.
There was a terrible smell this morning as a student put a pile of dog shyte through my letter box. We had to hold our breath until he went away.
They’ve all been watching too much news from France. What they don’t get to see is what the Gendarmerie do to those they catch after the fun and games is over. Perhaps Plod knows…
The CRS is the only french institution worthy of an occasional compliment.
yes. But only when they’re holding your passport in one hand.
(And your testicles in the other).
Splendid. we need some real aggro! Far too much reasonableness and mustn’t grumble BS. Go for it lads! And go for it pigs!
I hope the newspaper sellers stay out of it this time, just turned on to Pravda, that kunsburger women or whatever is commentating, like listening to a badly worn gear in a gear box.
What do we want?
More beer money
When do we want it?
After countdown has finished
*chuckle*
I’m standing in Tian’anmen Square, it’s so peacful here, much quieter than the office at Milbank.
Plod will never take on a large demo of uncooperative lawbreakers/demonstrators – they haven’t got the manpower. Or, a large proportion of their headcount seems to be involved with matters that have little to do with policing.
We are fighting the war on homophobia with a passion, er I mean with quiet professionalism. Riots, what riots?
NUS on twitter – nothing about violence no calls to stop – Tom Watson telling a Lib Dem Mp she is ‘brave’ going out today – sally bercow re tweeting a message calling bbc pickets ‘heroes’ just before rememberance day – dont you just love labour.
Come on Ed Balls – out you come and show some mettle – this is what our Country is going to look like under red ed.
Don’t be silly, the Unions will call the dogs off if ZaNu ever get reinstalled. Violent demos are only EVER called / sanctioned, when their party is out of office
If these damn students have time enough to go demonstrating, their courses clearly are not intensive enough. Why is the taxpayer funding these layabouts to riot when they should be grafting?
UCU tweets:
BBC describes Millbank protests as good-natured with a bit of argy-bargy #demo2010
Agreed. One might also ask about their grasp of the values of civilisation – you know, all that stuff about the rule of law and working through the proper structures.
Mind you, poor things probably didn’t get much of that at school. Or at home, by the look of some of them.
And another thing……
Bet there aren’t many there from Buckingham, whose first degree is taught in two years. They’ve got work to do, keeping up with that schedule.
” Soapdodgers of the country unite “
Authoritarian Labour would kettle them, perhaps give them some trumped up charges and imprison them for protesting.
Democratic Conservatives and Liberals will take polite notice and use parliament to legislate.
I don’t remember anyone marching and protesting when New Liarbore was in power!
Iraq ????
They were all Liberals
Hunting ban?
Well when your shackling your children’s & grand children’s future to a mountain of debt with not a worry in the world about paying it back and balancing the books you can spend spend spend on everything.
Wimpers* whines* Me no like* woof*
What is Michaela Gove doing in China?
Just a freebie holiday? Or taking lessons on how to really fuck a conquered subject race like the Tibetans and English white working class people?
Education is a significant export earner, in both the University and Independent Secondary sectors (though not the state sector, obviously).
The lengths that some students will go to simply to get a free CD of Ubuntu Linux…
The lefties are very good at brainwashing the youth of this country, they’ve always done it from way back when, our universities are a full of the hard left and commie staff and lecturers. That fact that they’ve targeted only CCHQ and not the Libdem offices tells you all you need to know about this.
Pold should have see this one coming with 24,000 marching, a complete failure on their part.
I can see now why the lefties wanted so many no hopers at uni.
When are you talking about?
There were sod all hardcore lefties when I was at university, and bet theres even fewer these days. That demonstration probably has every single socialist worker student in the country at it.
‘when I was at university’
hahahahahahahahah
it were ages ago. I didn’t do English. And the subjunctive makes you sound like a notherner.
My student daughter is commenting on facebook, and very articulately taking the piss out of the student rioters.
Many other students at her university are posting to agree with her. They are very unimpressed with the rioters, and understand how much damage has been caused to their cause and how any sympathy the public may have had, has been obliterated by a few Marxist dickheads.
An old friend of mine from my student days, (he was a full-blooded Marxist back then in the 1980s) has just posted how delighted he is that they are rioting.
The old usless, ignorant, violent left never ever learn.
I see the left more as taking advantage of fertile ground, rather than brainwashing yoof.
Lots of people, me among them all those years ago, start off with views from the far left, springing from young people’s sense of fairness. But they are simpletons in the ways of the world (hell, at 14 I really used to believe with passion that bread ought to be given free to everyone!).
Later, as experience takes root, the more thoughtful recognise that none of the left’s prescriptions works and that freedom for individuals to get on with their lives and take responsibility for themselves is the sole basis for a society that works, however imperfectly in some respects.
So I’m not perturbed by idealistic and misguided children – the people who do worry me are those who still cling to socialist dogma after the age of 30. Tariq Ali was on Any Questions the other day – an example of a deluded claptrap-monger if ever there was. He was nuts 30 years ago, which I can forgive, and he’s not got any saner since, which I cannot.
If you are not on the left at 18 you have no heart..
If you are not on the right after 40 you have no brain.
Obviously not many Geography students – Lib Dems further up the road
LMAO!
They wouldn’t have a clue how to make a proper Molotov cocktail, educashun, educashun ,educashun.
as one of the older generation i say to the students WELL DONE BUT surely molotovs cocktails a bit much after all chit doesnt burn
One of the older generation that can’t fucking spell, too. Those students probably have the collective IQ of a fucking weetabix.
What particular breakfast cereal does your IQ match up to….?
ahh didnt know the spelling police were in get a life you muppet
It’s not just the spelling, either. The punctuation is shit, too. Get a life? Whose?
i went to the university of life you w@nker thats what wrong with this country self righteous little pricks like you that think you dont make mistakes
No, it’s chavs like you who are what’s wrong with this country.
who the fuck do you think you are ive forgotten more than a prick like you will ever learn
“I’ve forgotten more …”
Well you didnt miss the UoL module on cliches. It didn’t clash with blockbusters then.
University of life….! Hahahahahahahahahahaha!!
You twat! Didn’t fucking learn much from the UoL did you? I’m well aware of my shortcomings, you clearly aren’t.
Everyone i’ve met who boasted they were educated at the ‘university of life ‘ were inevitably fucking morons.
A bit like you….
if im a moron what the fuck does that make you you fucking retard ive known people who endedup in concrete blocks for being a gob shite like you
“ive known people who endedup in concrete blocks for being a gob shite like you”.
Thread tough guy eh? Do you feel ‘big’ after writing that sh*te?
Bet you tell everyone in your local that you were in the SAS.
LOL!
“if im a moron”
There is no “if” about it. You are definitely a moron.
Problem is that you’re not aware of your shortcomings.
You’re a much of a boasting loser as that ‘toriesout’ tosser.
CBBC is starting Elsa.
Off you pop….
What’s wrong with this country is reality denying pricks like you with their heads either stuck in the sand or up their own arse.
REMEMBER: “There’s no money left”
Stupid lefty wanker – fuck off and die, slowly Hunt
Glad to note the correction – mustn’t allow such terrible events (and incredible stupidity on the part of University of Life Graduates) to affect our attention to detail, eh?
Fuck off tourist, all this is down to 13 years of zanuliebours “everyone has to have a degree bollocks” and usually in media/psychology/arts/David Beckham studies etc.
One in ten students aren’t even British anyway, why should they have a say in how we run education in this country!
What’s wrong with my David Beckham degree? I’ve learned useful stuff like he kicks the football with his right foot, except when he kicks it with his left foot.
You missed the second class then?
Sometimes, he heads it too.
Is this the start of the winter off discontent 2 ?
Jesus, Billy……where did you go to school??
Didnt
It was taken from one of the Bards earlier, but then a later revised manuscript.
Come along Billy, pay attention now, we still have some work to do on your spelling and punctuation. Let’s try ‘of’ shall we?
” Mind the windows Tino “
“Mind the oranges, Marlon!”
2000AD fan^
The student position seems to be this:
The rich should pay for the poor to go to University, if and only if, those rich people don’t happen to be themselves in 5-10 years time.
I suspect that this is not their stance, the problem seems to be that they don’t understand the government’s policy.
The trouble is they don’t listen to the government’s policy.
Now their ‘friends’ (who introduced tuition fees in the first place, despite saying would not thereby shafting them totally) are no longer in office, they immediately revert to panic mode.
Depends which government policy you mean.
There are two in operation. One, the obvious one, is aimed at saving some dosh now (and that needs to be done).
The second is longer-term; it is to shrink the university sector back to the size it used to be before it had to hand out devalued degrees in non-subjects in order to satisfy Bliar’s mad quota of ‘graduates’.
How to do that? Ration by price. Simples!
Why has that spent four hours (so far) in modding???
Seems to be getting quite lively now
There’s no point in getting upset. This is what the Left does when it loses the argument and loses the vote.
It’s kicking off Pru!
Up the workers!
SWP unite!
We are so proud of the jumped up A level students campaigning for the tax payer to fund their dumbed down courses.
Chap on TV just now from Edgehill University? Huh? Edgehill? University?
And the unshaven one next to him wasn’t even a student – but was doing it ‘for the students’…
Edgehill world leading courses available, such as,
http://www.edgehill.ac.uk/study/courses/type/foundation
Playwork? WTF?
“Complementary Therapies”. FFS.
Does it take 3 years to study how to give someone a placebo?
Edgehill University. Was racking my brains over that one.
Then remembered, the filthiest girl I ever had the priviledge to impale on the old Sword, Pork was studying there. If that’s what they teach the female teaching students there, you guys should consider upgrading them to redbrick status.
I get the impression That Guido and Tory Bear are enjoying this
What’s the betting that Hoon with his top off will be arse-licking at Barclays or Nestle in 5 years?
I’m surprised that any of them could be arsed.
None of them could be bothered to crawl from under their duvets to protest during the last thirteen years as their futures were being pissed away by Blair/Brown.
Someone should tell them that the horse has bolted.
Student riots: a sure sign the right decisions are finally being taken.
They can actually AFFORD petrol for a molotov cocktail? Damn they are getting too much cash.
The can afford to hire buses for a trip to London as well. They must be rolling in it.
It it a gay protest? They seem to be carrying pretty pink banners.
Correct me I’m wrong ( sorry I’m not )…But over the past 5 years hasn’t Guido and his brethren griped about the lack of direct action from us Brits.
In fact Guido has commented in the past that we should be more like the French. So here they are being very French, and he’s complaining about that now…….APOLOGISTS !!!!!!!!!!
nous avons perdu tout l’argent
we lost all the silver….eh
yes. “perdu” isn’t quite the right word
Didn’t take French at school did you?
All of a sudden after 13 years we have the riots back and what are they rioting about, having to higher pay tuition fees and who brought them in, why Liebour, does this riot mean they were happy with tuition fees and now are not happy about the fee’s going up ,I think we should be told,to me all that’s happened is Liebour is peed off with not being in control of the country and has sent out their Redshirt mob,to help control the population.
If all students took a sabbatical at the same time, the universities would have serious cash flow issues. I’m confused as to how burning down CCHQ could be as effective.
I don’t think that most of us are complaining Yawn Yawn.
Most folks here are just pointing out that the ‘Principle’ of the issue which the young chaps are whinging about was decided under the sainted T. Bliar.
Actually it’s quite amusing watching losers destined to get a III class degree in Comparative Flower Arranging from Ring Road University suddenly realise that their degrees are not worth paying for.
Thatcher , Thatcher , Thatcher
BURN IN HELL
Give me my entilement now !
Barstad Bankers
POWER TO THE PEOPLE!
13 Years of NuLiebor muslimification of Britain:

…and the bunch of NuLiebor criminals will still be wearing their poppies.
What do you mean, ‘suddenly become’?
You are Rik from the young ones and i claim my pack of silver Rizla.
You can’t clean the toilet, Neil – it’ll lose all its character!
Labour should hang their heads in shame. This is disgraceful! What can be achieved with these violent tactics. Harman is a hypocritical cow. I HAVE MADE A LIFELONG PLEDGE TODAY, I VOW NEVER TO SUPPORT LABOUR. THEY HAVE BROUGHT THIS COUNTRY TO ITS KNEES WITH YEARS OF ECONOMIC MISMAMAGEMENT AND THE CONSEQUENCES ARE SHAMEFUL!
took you a while to notice ?
errrrrrrr…… sorry to butt in , but who is power now….APOLOGIST
a bunch of wankers , But not as much of full on loonys we had before .
Yes, that’s right YYY, you can fix every monumental fuck up in 6 months, can’t you?…
Takes longer than that to get a corrupt fucking Liebour MP to court.
Students voted Labour after they introduced students loans, And they voted Labour after they introduced top-up fees. I think it was reasonable for the Coalition to deduce that students like paying for loans and top-fees and would also welcome an increase in fees.
all students think it is cool and right on to vote labour – when they get jobs they then realise theyre crap and vote tory.
isnt there a decent pub they could go too round there
They have all been banned
Sounds like a good day to bury bad news.
Yeah, tut tut – where were the useless NUS cnuts when Blair broke his manifesto pledge and introduced student topup fees (in England and Wales, voted for by EVERY Scottish Labour MP, natch)?
I didn’t see any broken windows and petrol bombs at Labour HQ then, did you?
Where were the Labour MPs marching with the students today when Blair introduced that ethnically biased policy? where were the Unions, BBC? the Grauniadistas? where was the outrage?
Typical useless lefties – It’s not fascism when we do sumfink bad – only when the Tories do anyfink at all, innit.
Here here, lets see this for what it is, a left-wing arms length rent a mob.
Think you will find that was the Libdems
See earlier reply about Tony Blair’s top-up fees lies lies and Labour’s Scottish bias. Yawn.
I was the future once !!!!!
Still, the one with his shirt off is cute…
i’d love to know what that topless boyband wannabe is studying and where? flexing your muscles (when weighing about 8 stone), flicking a few v’s at a window and wiggling your arse at a load of strangers is hardly protest of the century – can someone set that to YMCA?
They’ll be mooning next.
Yes, that crossed my mind too.
GET USED TO IT APOLOGISTS…. this is only the beginning
Cant win a debate so resort to violence , How leftie !!!!!
Yawn Yawn Yawn, why aren’t you out there protesting? Couldn’t be because you’re just another keybord warrior?
He’s busy at McDonald’s, sweeping the floors, using their Wi-Fi.
Those student loans don’t pay themselves, do they?
You’re talking shit.
The union who organised this is distancing itself from these actions. Aaron Porter, head of the NUS, has even insinuated this will put him off organising further protests.
Hardly 1968 is it?
More like 1986. who was president back then eh !
Any Old Etonians on this demo ???
Eeeh lovely, its been ages since we had a good riot. Nice to see the people out to welcome the tories back in the traditional manner so quickly.
What do you mean, so quickly? It’s been six months.
Oh, I forgot – long holidays in summer for students.
“The people”
That shower of shit is “the people”? Funny old world you live in.
I think you’ll find that the brighter students have worked out who shafted their futures, and a pound to a pinch of shit that they are not at this protest.
Fucking students. get a job.
tell you what – the all you can eat buffet at pizza hut will be doing a roaring trade later.
Yeah – who needs future doctors, nurses, vets, lawyers, IT developers, designers, manufacturers etc etc etc etc ….just get a job at McDonalds…. Is this official Tory policy
Since when did ‘Sports Science’ qualify as a degree? And even if there is demand for techno-savvy coaches, why does every ex-polytechnic now offer these types of useless course?

Hmmm, essential stuff for the nation here.
“Non courses, for non jobs for all!”
Doctors & Nurses are imported my good fellow, thanks to Nu Liebour.
Is this the first time the 24/7 snooze channels “BREAKING NEWS” banners have been correct ?
The costs of the repairs for the damage they’ve done and the policing will have to be added to their student loans.
Exactly! Any repairs will be taken directly out of the education budget!
Well well well. 13 years of predicting a winter of discontent that never materialised.
The next one will be on Tory/Lib Dem watch , but somehow its Labours fault… You couldn’t make it up.
PS Apologists. Imagine you have a son or daughter who is currently 14-15-16 years old. You would like them to go to University as he/she has the ambition to be a doctor/vet/nurse/lawyer or whatever. Need to have a Uni degree, 3 years X 9K = £27K, and that’s just the fees, not living costs or equipment included. To put your son or daughter through a degree is gonna cost at least £40,000 . So keep on apologising it will affect you too. – you just haven’t realised it yet !!!!!!
I wouldn’t want any of these little shits as MY doctor/vet/lawyer.
You will find that isn’t the “professional” students (those going on to do real work) protesting it will be the politics, economics, psychology, sociology, wastrels on the march. And there will be high percentage of students from the ethnic minorities too as they are more politicised. White kids would struggle to name anybody much beyond the PM
To be honest the kids going on to be doctors and nurses shouldn’t be paying anything. And they should be given accommodation too.
6k a year.
Not paid up front
When you earn over £21k you pay it back, bit by bit.
If you weren’t at Uni would you not eat or live anywhere?
Trying to deflect the fact that Liebour brought in the student loans and knew the these loans would go up because of the amount of money Bliar/Brown and hangers on pissed all over the wall won’t make the fact go away,we are fookin bankrupt ,we have no money,we have pawned everthing we had and sold everything of value off because of Liebour doing the same trick last time.
Doubt there are many doctors/lawyers/accountants among that lot. They all look like the alumni of Spunkbridge University. Quite a few 22s in golf course management and the like.
Hopefully the requirement to actually contribute towards one’s education and betterment might make many would-be students think twice before wasting years of their life on a pointless degree.
There is little point having 50% of our children going to university if the economy can only support 30% of graduate level jobs. The rest are in for an expensive disappointment. Better off leaving school and learning a trade. You never know, we might start aspiring to make things again.
Ah a believer in the magic money tree…
Cock off, fuckwit.
Why should the parents pay? These wasters are all over 18 (technically adults) so they are not the responsibility of anyone except themselves…
Pienaar on Radio 5 playing down hugely!
Are you completely stupid or is this satire?
No pal but you obviously are.
The world owes you fxxk all and my advice to you is get a job and stop fxxcking stealing from those of us who work hard and pay taxes.
The police seemed to react with a bit more force with the foxhunting demonstrators
….your point
Just an observation, but this situation potentially seems a lot more serious, they are getting a bit of a beating and don’t seem in any hurry to break it up.
The police are too busy nicking motorists driving at 31mph in a 30mph area too attend this demo
21 in a 20 round my way.
Comwades!
Welcome to my new generwation of politics!
‘We need gwown up debates about the ithues that matter’
Luverly Jubbly. Loads of over time and my job looking a lot more secure now.
Carry on rioting kids, we’ve got you on film and will bang you up later.
are they morris dancing? plod searched for drugs?
To lighten the mood – here is how much bab the American piugs are in:
http://www.usdebtclock.org/index.html
What a f*cking mob. Even the ones that don’t look like monkeys are doing their best to act like one.
None of these people are an asset to this country. Why bother educating them at all?
Assume if they have time to do this they aren’t committed to their studies, thus making Cable’s case. Tsk, tsk. I wonder if they would have protested had it been a Labour government making the cuts.
Sympathies to Clegg – he doesn’t deserve this. Clearly more work by lefties determined to prise LDs from the coalition.
So unsubtle and so wasteful – the country has bigger concerns and frankly this proves the point that there are far too many students. Higher education isn’t for everyone and clearly this lot aren’t deserving of it.
The Court of Public Opinion has it bang to rights.
Ah, plod has arrived, but not in sufficient strength apparently…
Liebour candidates of the future, how nice.
It will be intresting to see how the condems react to this , Will they like Labour have knee-jerk reactions and pass bad laws ?
Laugh all the way to the ballot box
Yep! these entitlement addicts has made it clear they don’t need more OPM.
This is good news for the Condems. Labour are seen to be supporting and encouraging violence. Hatties Shrieking at PMQs was the trigger
One arrogant Tory Hoon
Defiant Communities and Local Government Secretary (CLG) Eric Pickles has stood by his intention to abolish regional housing targets, despite the revocation being ruled unlawful by the High Court today.
Mr Pickles said that while respecting the court’s decision, the “ruling changes very little”.
Pickles is the only member of this shower of shit coalition, who has consistently gone up in my estimation. If he annoys pricks like you so much, he must be doing something right.
+1
Could all wanker students currently squatting on this thread read this:
http://encyclopediadramatica.com/Student
And this:
http://encyclopediadramatica.com/Leftard
And then, fuck off….
I hope Team Dave cleared their desks before they left. We wouldn’t want any classified material coming to light.
“Watch Tory HQ burn…in HD!”
We can see down your blouse from here. Very nice, Kay.
Phil Woolas used to be NUS president. Need I say more
@Yawn! Yawn Yawn, get some sleep. Your tiredness is affecting your judgement. If your bored find something else to do!
Gove is over in China trying to drum up more paying foreign Chinese students to come to UK…. Nuff Said.
I bet all the apologists never thought it would be like this….shame on you all.
So you’re not in favour of increasing export earnings, then?
You did though?
So you’ve thought of a solution to the debt that is large enough to be seen from space?
{Even if not from Fife}
I did.
Thats why I voted UKIP.
Now, please let that old lady behind you have a go on the internet – its her library too you know.
Blimey – no old ladies in my library! It’s all shades of Johnny Foreigner using the terminals they don’t have to pay for but I do.
Pees me off when my PC is down and I have to queue up behind this shower to get online.
Full riot police are finally now arriving on scene, what a fucking huge big day-glow dropped bollock by pc plod.
Someone’s for the high jump!
As a result of losing the confidence of our students I shall be tendering my resignation as Prime Minister to Her Majesty the Queen immediately
zzzzzzzzz
Bluddy styoooodents. Lazeh, dirteh, inartikuuulet soap dodgin’ bastids the lot. Gerruz a pint and givvus a fag will ya?
1 million students peacefully protested, however 4 people got involved in minor squirmishes – due to government cuts, there was only one PCSO on call covering the whole of London and he was unable to quell the good natured scufles.
I thank the stewdunts for making it even more clear to the rest of the country how important it is they pay the full cost of their courses.
And for the damage they’ve caused. Chain-gang, IDS?
We are now reporting that a just a few protesters have hijacked an otherwise peaceful protest.
maybe El Plod is finding kettling nice middle class protesters that play by the rules is one thing, but dealing with some healthy 19-20 year olds with no future and nothing to loose is another
more power to them and shame on the rest of you that don’t have the balls to get out there with them
as for me, I left that dump called the UK 20 years ago
You left? Good. Stay away.
Fuck Off You Labour Dolite Scum !
You must surely be starting to realise
that you are fick and stupid.
Don’t call again.
I was smart enough to leave that pathetic dump called the UK, you’re a bunch of workshy incompetents, especially those of you that think you work for a living in that fantasy ponzi pretense of an economy. It’s rare you meet a Brit in a suit that can do more than recycle crap and call it information.
How’s negative equity treating you darlings ?
Dear English people,
I have decided to relocate to England. Life is getting too dangerous around here and Phil and Kirsty have advised me that I could get a mansion in Kensington or Chelsea, rent free. I could also secure a reasonable income by filling in multiple benefit claims. I can then lie in bed all day and watch Jeremy Kyle.
Thank you for reading this and see you soon.
Don’t forget Loose Women mate.
No he won’t he will be marrying one for the passport.
Hose the bastards down. It’ll be the first time they’ve washed in years.
Shoot the sponging bastards
most of this filth will get their fee’s paid for anyway
due to their parents being dole scroungers !
Harriet Harman will come out of this very badly indeed.
Some spotty little oik has grabbed my helmet, sir. Permission to gently truncheon her? Over.
I am the legend Harriet Harman
Its not students, they are waving anarchy flags and SWP banners, the irony of waving an anarchy flag demanding more control for the state obviously lost on them
Chairman at an Anarchist meeting: “Gentlemen please, Disorder, Disorder.”
Never trust a hippy…
Can we have water cannon action now please?
This looks like it’s getting out of control. Call for PCSO backup!
Chucking concreate off the roof WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!
So long as it hits them on the fuckin head there wont be a problem
Look how ‘enriched’ the Millbank tower has become.
a few mummy an daddies will be shocked when they see there sons & daughters on Sky/bbc tv
Nice day for a picnic
Where’s Millwall when you need them?
Oh bugger !
The idiots at CCHQ forgot to insure the fucking building
No worries! Take cost of repairs from education grants.
Don’t worry Dave it’s not CCHQ the fuckin’ idiots are trashing.
Come on (Call me Dave) Put another £1,500 on top of the fee’s to help pay for all the damage !
I hope also that the scum responsable spend the next three years in the pokie
instead of university
and are banned for life from all universities !
That’s all well and good, except that very few of them are bona fide students.
Bet Gordons chuckling another of his land mines coming to fruition
I see one of them is sporting a Plymouth Uni sweatshirt. No doubt taking time off from his exhausting studies for his degree in:-
BSc (Hons) Surf Science and Technology- No I am not kidding. The chance of him ever earning enough to be required to repay any of his fees are zero.
That is a very worthy course. We hardly need more doctors do we?
LOL, as if any of the protesting mob are ever going to amount to anything in life. Union rep. or MP material at best.
Ex Plymouth PolyTech.
Only Bob Crow can save the situation now.
I have tweeted him and am hoping he can address the students
God save Guido Fawkes
Some bint on Sky has just admitted she’s not a student and gets paid to protest/riot!!
Shocked? Yes – at her being so ‘kin stupid to admit it.
Surprised? not at all.
Union worker !
Yep I heard her say that, she thinks violent protest is OK too. But why didn’t super reporter Kay Burley ask her who pays her and what her organisation is? Perfect chance missed as the bint was obviously in talking mode and would have told Kay. No doubt it was some socialist organisation.
Marxisim at work and will be forced on us !
I heard it was the WI.
When I lived in Indonesia a few years ago, my maid happily confirmed that whenever a few bodies were needed for the odd riot or two (which are quite common there, as you will know if you watch the news) the word would go out on the grapevine and she and her mates would go along to make up the numbers but mainly for the free meal, a few bob and a free T-shirt which were provided by the organisers. She had quite a good collection of such garments. Rent-a-mob Indonesian style is alive and well in London too it seems.
OMG! Who are these cnts? You don’t see many of these bullying thugs on Countdown.
Listen to the bitch on sky who is on the roof at millbank
she is not a student nor has she ever been to a university
she has a full time job organising protests for which she is paid !
she did not say who she works for but you can guess that labour fund it !
Possibly Unite Against Fascism and Soap, who Dave keenly Supports
She sounded like a public school toff as well. She said that violence was the only way forward. Good, I might like to find her and show her some in return, I wonder if she’d like that. What if we all turned to violence?
Who introduced tuition fees? Who got us into this economic mess? This recommendation came from the Browne report that was put into action by Liebour.
Someone will identify her. With luck she ‘ll be a frightfully well brought up gel out of public school with daddy something in the City.
some things never change
I like how the CCHQ receptionist remained in position seated at her desk checking emails as rioters stormed the building around her.
Look closer. She had her iPod in and was on Facebook. She just didn’t notice anything.
Reminded me of the dinner scene in “Carry on up the Khyber”.
Wonderful analogy! The best of the Carry Ons, beyond doubt.
Sir Sidney and Lady Ruff-Diamond; Bungit-Din; Private Shorthouse…..I’ll put on the DVD tonight and immerse myself in it.
Most students are simply drugged up child rapists who should be gassed.
Have then made ex-students! Simples!
Its difficult raping a child whilst drugged up my friend!
Fine we can just gas the c u n t z
Even more shocking/revealing is that these students can’t even speak English.
Thick fuckers who want a 3 year holiday at taxpayers expense.
Why didn’t they do this when Labour introduced the fees in the first place?
Because that would indicate a level of thought that they seem not to have ownership of…
This is Marxisim at work
Now their throwing fire extinguishers of the roof of CCHQ and have set two fires off on the forth floor smashed up the building injured two plods wile shouting “tory scum” over and over again. This is the hard left Socialists Workers/Anarchists/UAF bunch hijacking a peaceful student march and attacking a democratically elected party headquarters, it totally discussing!
WHERE ARE THE POLICE?
Bet Paul Mason off of Newsnight is loving this, as a friend of S W P
Clearly the fees are too low, and the work demanded too inferior, if they have all this time to stage a riot.
Useless arseholes they got the wrong building, couldn’t occupy it and then got run orff by the rozzers.
Not a patch on the class of ’68.
Our future pensions are in the hands of these morons, Gawd help us.
It’s funny how the National Union of Students and their Socialist Worker Party comrades didn’t demonstrate violently when the Labour government ended free higher education by introducing tuition fees for the first time.
Is the Labour Party running the NUS?
It’s funny how all Harriet Harmans questions at PMQs were about tuition fees just before this riot kicked off. Labour are in this violence up to their necks.
What have rent-a-mob been doing for the last 13 years?
Don’t agree about the DPMQ link, Hatty Hatesmen is not that clever.
Fuck off you leftie troll scum
Why are you not there?
You sound radical enough – is it a lack of testicular fortitude that has kept you away?
All mouth you………………
It’s SOOOOOO unfair !
leftie c u n t shouldn’t you be sticking your penis up the arse of a baby, that’s what you fuckers normally do for fun.
Looks like the moderater is having an off day.
this was all planned !
“The police don’t seem to be making many arrests. I saw a protester hiding his face with a hood and scarf, come forward with a large metal object and throw it against one of the windows. Police told him to stop, but he came back and tried again. I think they don’t want to escalate the situation”.
Mike Sargeant, BBC Political Correspondent.
Pussies!
With all the cuts due to hit the Police they probably want to join in.
Half of those rioters look foreign.
They do look Scottish don’t they
Nothing more nauseating than a Labour MP – especially a fuckin’ Scottish one – complaining about tuition fees.
The thing that really pisses me off about the fees is English students are paying fees to free up money for the Tories to give to Scotland so that Scottish students don’t have to pay fees. How the fuck is that fair?
Not for long. Even SNP, Scottish Labour reliase it’s unsustainable
Why do fees keep going up?
Engineering – Euler’s buckling theorem is still the same; Timoshenko’s treatise on structures is still the same; concrete is the same; Bernoulli flow through pipes – no curriculum change there.
English – Shakespeare is still dead; most of the rest of the reading material is out of copyright . . . no increase in cost there
And so on.
So. Why do fees keep going up?
Oh hold on.
Maybe History has changed – Battle of Senlac Hill was 1066 but now includes the Nigerian contingent; Pakistani regiment, the Caribbean Brigade and other BBC and political correctness gone mad
Whoever is in charge of policing this should be sacked !
where are all the riot police ? if they were all carring newspapers they would all be dead now !
I think the Police are letting the Tories know what’s coming round the mountain next year. At least in the 80′s Maggie made sure she looked after the Police. Not pretty boy Dave. What a prick.
They only turn out for triple overtime at football matches
It’s called get your own back time, plod haven’t worked out that being politically correct is now oh so out of date and they are still stuck in the Liebour timewarp, besides they still have to do the H@S evaluation before they go out just incase one of them breaks a finger nail as that could lead to six months of sick pay having to be paid.
Kind of different to when the Countryside Alliance protested – Plod didn’t hold back then, but then only one Liebour MP came along
Studenbts debating peaceful protests , they may be some hope .
It’s like a fuckin’ private school debating club on Sky. Looks like their parents money was well spent.
Init
This is the Labour Party’s rent-a-mob flexing it’s muscles.
Is Ed Miliband going to disown this mob?
It’s live on Sky and BBC News.
The mob is slinging fire extinguishers off the roof at police down below. Several fires are burning in the building. A mob of several thousand students are still occupying the Tory HQ and some are fighting police. The building has been ransacked and students are throwing stolen computer tapes and files in the air.
Latest: the police have given up trying to evict a mob of 2 thousand in the building.
No. He’s going to leave Hattie to deal with it.
the man with no shirt is named Kong
got a phone number?
You’re classy ain’t ya….
Fire extingsher thrown off roof , fires on 13/14 floor
Throwing fire extinguishers at the police from the roof. Poetic justice if the office fires that they have started take hold. Didn’t similasr happen in the Greek Riots?
Tell you something I would not want any of them to be my doctor, lawyer, dentist, Councillor, Architect etc. And I would guess not one of them is even bright enpough to go to a proper University.
Also Sky interviewed woman who actually was daft enough to give her name who had been on roof and she confirmed to Kay Burley that she was’nt actually a student but employed to agitate against the cuts !!! Unfortunately Burley didn’t ask her who her employer was.
People should find out who employs her and whether it’s true as she says that she is employed to agitate against the cuts .It should be quite easy as Sky broacast her name
What was her name? Look on facebook for her
Of course bob crow’s had nothing to do with this has he.
Starting fires in the building they are occupying, then throwing the fire exteinguishers out??
If these are supposedly the best and brightest of this generation, the country is f***ed
OMG !!!! How embarrassing ! Just spotted my father Dan, the world-famous professor, spraying a rude word on the wall of the Millbank lobby.
I’d recognise those corduroy elbow patches anywhere. Oh, the shame. He’s 66, FFS.
You should be proud…ho hum
Yawn bummer boy no kids to rape today?
Wonder if Bin Ladens watching, or the Real IRA, CCHQ is defended by midget ethnically diverse PCSOs
Sky report the police have given up trying to control the students and are allowing around 1500 of them to occupy Tory HQ and continue smashing it up.
Looks like Team Dave will be having the rest of the week off.
That’s a pity.
It’s just like Ed’s Dad’s time at the LSE forty years on.
yawn
why aren’t you on the demo with your thuggish comrades or are you just an armchair revolutionary?
He thinks he’s an ‘armchair revolutionary’, when in fact he’s actually a ‘wanker in a wheelchair’.
We shall certainly see what David Cameron is made of over the next few months.
And they just relised a Marxsist statment !
Subtitles please
From Sky News :The protesters in the Tory HQ building and on the roof released a statement which said: “We oppose all cuts and we stand in solidarity with public sector workers, and all poor, disabled, elderly and working people. We are occupying the roof in opposition to the marketisation of educationpushed through by the coalition government, and the system they are pushing through of helping the rich and attacking the poor.”
Methinks this protest has just backfired spectacularly on the ‘students’. Middle England (and respectable Scotland, Wales and NI) prefer their protests to be peaceful.
The left have just lost the PR battle.
It’s like fucking Zulu now as some student thugs hurl burning spears at the cops.
Aaron Porter, former grammar school pupil, president of the nus since june 2010 – didn’t take him long to get into trouble did it. I suppose he considers this, making his mark.
labour member with hopes of becoming an mp one day. Oh yes I think he’s about the stamp they’re looking for. woolas’s old seat is apparently up for grabs perhaps he should try for that.
I wonder if he got lessons of how to do it from the Orange one.
touché
Never held that orange Hunt Hain back, did it?
It’s part of his uni course practical “How to whip up a mob and gain control to use for you own neferious purposes”,it will look good on his CV when he applies for a Liebour MP’s job.
Meanwhile in other news….Ireland is about become insolvent.
I don’t know anything about this. I’m busy giving baby his 4 o’clock feed.
‘Come off it! Let’s have a serious debate about the ithues,’
It goes in at the top end, Ed.
Adam Boulton reporting that they are not even in the Tory part of Milbank towers.
I know , just goes to show the left cant organise a piss up in a pub ?
Well then, the firms in Millbank Towers will have to sue the NUS, won’t they?
Should be fun.
CCHQ burnt to the ground – Shame
Is that the view on your tv from La La land, even Pravda are showing it’s ok.
I’m not an Armchair Revolutionary. I am a wanker in a wheelchair.
Tip of the hat to CP.
If you had studied properly at uni you might by now have been a banker in a bathchair instead…
UNISON East Sussex Area Branch Chairperson: Amanda Parks. Coincidence?
http://www.eastsussexareabranch-unison.co.uk/about
My God! They are hideous!
Shoot a couple of hundred of the bastards.
Half of these students look foreign and the other half look like chavs.
Ken might have to reconsider closing some of our prisons
We must bring down this evil coalition government.
Workers and students unite!
Yeah!
Let’s comment our way to victoty!
I have a tiny penis and so does my transgendered wife.
Marxist thugs now hurling burning missiles at the police who seem to be in full retreat.
Adam Porter, NUS thug/leader, is a Labour member, stooge, wanabee MP. He stood as a Labour candidate in NUS elections. Why has Ed Milliband not expelled him from the party?
Join the Facebook page to get him expelled: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_140104496039698
make sure you get his name right it’s ‘aaron’
“Aaron”, doesn’t sound very anglo-saxon does it?
No but anon is right he does have hopes of becoming a labour mp. I do so hope that he makes it. Potential candidate for woolas’s seat I think.
That’s the Aaron who has been recorded urging people to “Hunt down Lib and Con mps.”
Some guy on BBC at moment trying to make out he’s a student, then admits he’s been to the G20 and other protests. Now he’s spouting labour rhetoric and socialist worker views…
I’ll just nip down and see if i can shift a few copies of the Evening Standard.
I’m going to pop over there with a van-load of condoms and skunk.
In a way they’ve got a point. I had the full benefit of a grant when I did my BEng / PhD years ago. No tuition fees, nothing, so I’m not in any debt. Wasn’t the life of Riley but I got by.
The way I see it is this. Colleges have been allowed/encouraged to take on piss poor students, that cannot think independently and shouldn’t be there.
Many struggle with maths and other ‘hard’ stuff, get disheartened and leave. Those chancers that somehow manage to weasel through via lecturers fearing for their jobs and wanting to be liked by students only serve to make the qualification not worth the paper it’s written on.
Not the fault of the student, especially the bona fide ones, but a self-serving academic system.
quite simply they have created too many Univesites offering dumbed down degrees that are not worth £3,000 a year, let alone £9,000.
Doing away with the Polytechs was madness. Having recently helped a young man with his mechanical engineering degree I think the standard was less than an HND of 30 years ago and probably equivalent to an HNC of that time.
Some degrees are so poor that they are not even accredited by the professional institutions – a fact many students do not discover until they try to gain membership of said institutions after they’ve graduated. Allowing degrees to be that shallow helps nobody.
It must be getting on for 50 years since Kingsley Amis, commenting on an earlier expansion of HE, pronounced: ‘More means worse’.
At the time he was denounced for elitism and snobbery (both charges must have pleased him immensely).
How right he was.
Get the water cannons, tear gas, horses and sort these scrounging thug out. Make sure they are all arrested and where are all the labour mp’s when you want to interview them, after their incendiary comments at pmq’s. Typical Marxist arses!
“Several dozen” Labour MPs were on this demo. I wonder of they’re amongst the mob of two thousand who are now smashing up and burning the Tory HQ?
Any names?
Statment :The protesters in the Tory HQ building and on the roof released a statement which said: “We oppose all cuts and we stand in solidarity with public sector workers, and all poor, disabled, elderly and working people. We are occupying the roof in opposition to the marketisation of educationpushed through by the coalition government, and the system they are pushing through of helping the rich and attacking the poor.”
Best telly I’ve watched since the World Cup. I’ve set things up nicely, even if I say so myself.
SKY: a mob of around two thousand students are attacking the police and forcing them to retreat
Where is the tactical support group?
Gas these hippies
Its always the same agent provocateurs that are undoubtedly there to undermine the valid voices of concern. Again this only annoys the public and erode sympathy, this is just one of many tactics employed by the individuals with everything to gain from such organised chaos. If only the stupid students would grab these agents all dressed in black garb and with veils and make a citizens arrest, instead the sheep emulate these vile few. Another wasted march and time organising the march and the BBC propaganda repeating the mantra of chaos riots blah blah blah, baah baah.
The sky reporter just said that many office workers are trapped in the building and are unable to escape. Sounds like they’re being held hostage. About time the police heavy mob went in.
I like licking the wee from my granny’s commode.
In the good old days of student protest, their wasn’t many cameras about to record damage, thanks to Gordon and his databases ,plod is going to have an enjoyable time knocking on the students doors and getting them to help plod with their enquiries as well as giving them a bit of their DNA,just what’s needed when they go for an interview for a job at Tesco’s.
You think these mongs could get a job at Tesco? Smuggling Cocaine into the UK up their rectums is about all these child molesters are fit for.
You have a positive fixation with arseholes Querty.
Yep one of the protestors just phoned BBC News and said the police were lying about the violence. Wrong, it’s you that is lying Dude, you are on the telly.
What they should do is lock down the building and leave the c u n t z in there to starve to death. Shut off the power and water.
im a student–get me out of here
well anu sympathy for the students has gone out of the window. Ming you the one down my street all go to wimbledon art college so thye looked pretty smart i bet thye even washed for the day.
Fucking kill the lot of them
Too quick.
On a practical note, though: If these students are so depressed about their futures, why has none of them thrown themselves off the top of Millbank Tower?
Peace, man.
You have mentioned a prohibited word. Derek, possibly.
On a practical note: It will probably appear in a couple of hours.
You did it again, you mong.
millbank tower now looks like an average council estate
Note to the National Union of Stupid bastards.
Get real, why do you think that we should pay 10′s of thousands each for you lot, while you sqaunder our money for your benefit. It’s about time you paid for your education which will in the end benefit you more than me.
We iz dur studenz we iz not fik, we ate tories, i want job at bbc give me drug mune
Their intentions were there for all to see as on the UNU website calls the demonstration demo lition.
Well Well Well Well !!!!! Kill Them, Burn them, Gas them, shoot them, Bury and Stave them
So the Tories and their supporters are o longer nasty – Dave has de-toxified you all…LOLOLOLOLOLO !!!! “Sieg Heil”
It’s this Marxist/Labour mob who are indulging in violence and attacking people, you leftist filth.
Last night I felched.
Lord Fondelbum of Boy gave me a shiny coin for it.
You would be no loss to the gene pool.
Why the fuck am I being modded, you useless pile of junk?
Flattery will get you nowhere.
The NUS is the Hitler Youth of the Labour Party.
What !!!!!!!.
No Dick – Conservative Future is the Hitler Youth of the Tory Party.
I have no life other than posting drivel on the internet.
Yesterday I saw a naked baby. It made me do a sex wee.
You two should get a room.
TSG bobby: Can we start truncheoning them Sir?
Just bide your time, Officer Fang, bide your time. It will be dark soon.
They were knocking seven bells of sh%t out of the students with their truncheons just inside the doorway as shown on tv.
Good.
The NUS leadership have issued a statement threatening to harass Tory and LibDem MPs and warning this is “only the start”
Labour are right behind all of this.
Met reporting that a rioter arrested throwing a molotov is a Labour MP.
It accidentally flew out of his hand
Thought they might have had enough after spending 13 years trying burn this country to the ground.
I notice some plods there now with no number badges on, looks like the kicking student heads in is about to begin.
Not dark enough yet
We ripped them off their uniforms. Laugh aint it. See ya
About bloody time.
Can’t afford Uni? Don’t go
Hear Fucking Hear. The best thing is, however much these little c*nts moan, it won’t actually have an effect on the policy.
I have a right to your money. How else am I supposed to pay for my BA in Morris Dancing and Basket Weaving?
The Tories have always been traitors.
I’m doing a degree on McDonalds Happy Meal packaging
At least it is a work-relevant degree.
How Am I supposed to finance my PHD in Post-Modernist Pottery Studies now? Wah Wah
Laura Kuensberg is being a Labour shill on the BBC, putting the NUS side and trying to minimise the violence.
She practically is a student herself, ain’t she?
This simply won’t do!One of those ruffians has left a richard on my office carpet.
Every squat in London is empty tonight. Time to reclaim your property!!!!
What a load of revolting students! (Doubtless plus a load of rent-a-thugs called in for the day by Nu-Old-LabCommy Party.)
Met Police: At least 8 people taken to hospital with minor injuries.
So, sir. Mr Glitter is amongst the crowd. Over.
All seems a bit surreal not like a real riot, police wagging their fingers, herberts casually smashing things up in front of the camera’s.
People standing around nonchalantly
nus statement ‘We came here send a clear and peaceful message’
Not sure their uni degree is doing them much good as they appear to have very little grasp of the meaning of words.
they just don’t know when to give up ….
http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/article-23896333-mps-give-cash-to-the-woolas-fighting-fund.do
Sometimes you wonder if their is some timings involved when you want the msm to forget about one thing and get them to concentrate on another or is this demo a coverup for woollya%se.
FUCKING LAZY SCUM
In the absence of David Cameron I shall shortly make a statement
Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp
So does this behaviour make the average tax payer more or less likely to want to fund their “education”?
Most of the people here are foreign
This, remarkably, high-spirited display just goes to show what can be achieved after decades of unfettered breeding by this, rather backward, species.
Fascinating to observe in their natural habitat, I think you’ll agree.
We’ve done thousands of pounds of damage. Probably end up getting a caution.
good thing about clocks going back is that its easier for the riot police to kick heads and not be identified in the dark.
Another thing overnight its expected to rain and be cold so the students planning any sit down protest will suffer. 4 degrees and heavy rain in morning.
Labour scum (NUS connections with Labour)
Hope Bob Crow is there too. Getting a good pasting.
NUS/Labour are going to get monstered in the media over this.
Made my day.
So nice to see someone standing up to fight against the wholesale political and corporate corruption that that is endemic in Britain, instead of just monging on about it on internet wankfests.
This is what should have happened after the expenses revelations.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/other_international/pakistan/9170707.stm
Plus 500 family members
Fucking marxsist scum !

“Forward with Coalition Forces and Social Conservatism!”
Prasie be the mongs…. of the world for they shall inherit
The police have been so weak because they’ve been got at. If this was the EDL, heads would have been smashed long before now.
The Police are the enforcement arm of the Liebour Party.
Sad, but true!
True
I am very encouraged at today’s dress rehearsal for the way the Labour movement will engage with the government in dealing with the national debt and budget deficit.
Dearie me. MI5 have barricaded themselves in Thames House. Now pay attention D.G. – all spooks and spookets.
Don’t panic.
Put all your various kettles on and have a nice cuppa.
Pop up on the roof and take a few photos. It won’t do any good but you’ll get to feel a whole lot better about life.
DG: call the Evening Standard. The owner is ex KGB as you know. (possibly a good friend of yours) He’ll be able to give you some very useful tips on riot control.
Call the Home Secretary and ask in the nicest possible way what the fuck she thinks she’s doing.
Lastly call the Wife and try and make the explanation convincing.
Nb: Guido. Under no Circumstances are you to give the DG this email address.
It’s time for the good universities – the Russell Group, more or less – to break away from the State altogether and fund themselves. With complete control over what and who they taught they could maintain and improve their standards and even pay the better lecturrers and researchers more! They’d have to provide scholarships for the brightest students from poorer backgrounds, of course, but they would be able to get on with the job without having worry what some computer jockey in the Department for Kids ‘n’ Stuff had for breakfast.
P.S. Typical student fees in France – 200 euros.
What, exactly, does HMG do with all the vast quantities of tax we pay them? (Not me, personally, of course, but you mugs in paid employment?)
Me neither, Willy. I think they just piss it up the wall on whatever takes their fancy.
Credit where credit’s due – this is far more interesting than Deputy PMQs earlier today.
What a good influence these students are. Welcome to ‘the wisdom of the crowd’. Veggie, soap dodging eco-fascists. This is our future.
If anyone did this outside Labour HQ they would be called neo-nazis etc. etc. the whole works and the police would be cracking skulls and shooting people and then waterboarding them for 42 days without trail.
That is true.
So basically you are looking for some consistency from the police.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/blog/2010/nov/10/demo-2010-student-protests-live?showallcomments=true#comment-fold
can we just correct the idea that today’s students are having to pay whilst previously education has been free!
Very few working class pupils ever got to university in the late 50s and early 60s, our parents could not afford to help us do so. We didn’t moan and smash things up, we went out and got a job and if we were serious about it found ways of studying.
So true.
So true I was offered a place because a teacher had unknown to me, put me forward, but there was no question of me being able to accept it. The world still turned, I’ve never relied on anyone but myself.
Have they gone?
If you are in the toilet you have all the ammunition you need. Place a bar of soap in each hand and proceed to the exit, you’ll be amazed how quickly they run away.
Idea for Reality show.
Anyone waving an Anarchy flag at these protests is sent to live in Somalia for a year.
Viewers can bet on how long it takes them to start wailing like bitches for their comfortable, if slovenly, subsidised existence here.
Jesse Ventura to host. Catchphrase: HOW DO YOU LIKE REALITY YOU UNWASHED MARXIST BITCH!?
Any commissioning editors, give me a call.
The coalition won’t be around for long if they let anarchy like this break out on such wide scales around the UK while the police sit back and watch it.
Back in the 80′s the events of today would of been over in a few hours after the police back then got to work cracking skulls.
Cameron did not win a majority, but the majority vote of the country was to oust Brown and NuLabour. Are you suggesting that the police are colluding to overturn this democratic result?
Sadly the police can no longer lay into protestors, unless you are country folk non violently supporting the Countryside Alliance.
good on ya folks
keep it up
It all seems very exciting.
what makes it worse is the fact that one of camerons reasons for raising the price is the fact that it will mean foreign students will pay less…to be honest screw them. We live in england so should OUR government not be looking after its own countries people
Ohh the violence ohh the damage god I get really hot for all this hate and rioting glad im in the toilet near me tissues on the laptop Gordon [all hail ] gave me god i hope some one dies then we the brother can have a new Marty for our posters!
Yes just like our great leader ordered we never gave in to the Chinese and their demands !!
well apart from this bit =
Speaking in a Strabourg press conference on Tuesday (11.30 a.m. Local March 10) McMillan-Scott will say: “Instead of giving the EU a lead, given Britain’s earlier role in Tibet, David Milliband’s treacherous statement last November fatally undermines the position of most Tibetans, who are desperate for freedom”
In a parliamentary answer David Miliband stated, “Like every other EU member state, and the United States, we regard Tibet as part of the People’s Republic of China”.
McMillan-Scott comments: “At a stroke he condemned a nation. It is lamentable that the British government should mark the 50th anniversary of international abandonment of this unique and spiritual people by effectively conceding to Beijing. This is a new low point in British foreign policy.”
OOOOpppppps
still no one got hurt did they? ahhh well a few but they weren’t killed? er ok well !
I don’t believe it! The timid little sheeple of mud island kicking off some French-style l’action direct.
Obviously the ‘elf ‘n safety advertising isn’t working.
Unlike real anarchists they want to shore up the State rather than dismantle it.
NUS – National Union of Scum. So, today we see the Left in action. These brain-dead fuckwits want the taxpayer to fund their education? Well they can fuck right off. Any sympathy I may have had with their plight over higher course fees has been blown out of the water by the actions of these marxists shits. They do not deserve a free education. They do not deserve anything from the taxpayer. They are trouble making scum. Some of them should be charged with attempted murder for throwing that fire extinguisher off the roof of Millbank. I’m glad that most of the trouble makers have been filmed and I hope they are looking forward to a knock on the door of their shit filled squats very soon.
Still, on the bright side there is some clearing up work to be done. Any unempoyed available?
I see where you’re coming from Stan. But what I would like to see is a return to the past where about 20-30% of the cream of youth went on to University, for free, because we knoew that the return on the country’s investment would be so great. Those that didn’t manage academia went on to earn well-paid jobs after a quality apprenticeship, and give back to the country taxes from the sweat off their brows.
And if you could only source that ideal with a quality education based on Grammar schools, all the better.
What the left fails to see is that we NEED an elite to run this country; to make the (taxable) profits that enable it to run; and to support our free(?) healthcare and further education. If only the left could acknowledge that their icons in parliament (Harman, anybody?) are themselves the elite they so despise.
So, let’s get this right: fewer students at Uni; a better quality of student coming from Grammar schools; and a better artisan skill-base coming from the comps.
Is that so bad?
Amen to every syllable of that.
Well said, Sir.
+2
So a number of Tories have, by default, now been on their first ever demo. Nice.
Hope the Coalition Government stands firm. Half of the so-called universities could and should be closed down – ex polytechnics offering worthless degrees for mediocre students. Why do more and more of ouryoungsters need to go to university? A socialist scheme to keep down the unemployme figures. Put the tuition fees up sky high and have the majority of these work shy know-nothings (who think they know everything) find themselves a job. Most are dim-witted socialist layabouts and scroungers, being accorded educational opportunities they do not deserve in the first place.
snotrocket & Jonathan- agree entirely. There are too many students doing frivolous and useless degrees in the former polytechnics and colleges of higher education. What’s more, they are hardly ever THERE: the ‘modular/credit system’ together with the vogue for ‘self directed learning’ means that students in these types of institutions don’t have to turn up much for lectures and tutorials, because there simply aren’t many on the timetable. It’s highly convenient for the lecturing staff, of course, and it does allow students plenty of time to get jobs and hit the clubs. And go to ‘peaceful demonstrations’.
Sorry mate, you are talking bollox.
It’s the former polys who are most likely toproduce worthwhile degrees.
It’s the redbricks who produce the meedja studdees and the oxbridges who produce the history and english mickey mouse degrees.
“Students.”
Bullshit.
Wonderful stuff. There’s going to be a lot more of this in the months to come until this stinking coalition of charlatans bites the dust.
But who or what will replace it…
Wipe Them out…..All of them….
See Newsnight tonight? Paxman let a femino-lefto-crypto-anarcho-greeny walk all over him.
No wonder he openly admits to BBC bias!

bbc delenda est
Police soft as shite shocker.
Not quite as bad as when they ran away screaming from a few moslems, but not far off.
They do like a soft target, don’t they? Such as murdering peaceful protestors ambling their way away with their hands in their pockets.
Kuunts
Don’t forget children that these youngsters have been growing up in a country with a policy of dropping bombs on people they disagree with.
So don’t be surprised when they see violence as a legitimate response.
