Prezza Becomes China Apologist

Chinese culture venerates the wisdom of the aged, that must be why they made John Prescott a Professor of Climate Change at a Xiamen University.  It surely can’t be for his grasp of thermo-dynamics or theoretical climatology.  All the honours and flattery have secured his services as a Sino-apologist, a role in which he follows in the footsteps of Ted Heath, who combined his latter years of sulking with making excuses for the Chinese, greatly enriching himself in the process.

Guido has no idea what the terms of his honourary position are, so far he has only declared copious hospitality from the Chinese regime.  This has seemingly secured his trademark one-sided campaigning belligerence on their behalf in return.  You would have thought China’s blocking of a deal in Copenhagen would have soured Professor Prezza the climate change campaigner’s relationship with the Chinese.  Not a bit, he even wrote a letter to the Guardian loyally pointing out that the Copenhagen Conference failing  was all America’s fault, despite NGOs and EU negotiators squarely blaming China.  Guido will bet that a letter to the Guardian has never before been reported favourably in the Chinese People’s Daily…

This morning a British citizen was executed by the Chinese.  David Miliband had led an international campaign to get the sentence commuted, even Gordon Brown pleaded for clemency.  So did John Prescott use his campaigning skills and contacts at the highest level of the Chinese regime to intervene?

No, not a tweet was heard from him…

UPDATE : Prezza managed to mess up a Chinese wedding. Have a laugh watching the wedding video hereAt least he didn’t grope a bridesmaid…

Not that I give a shit if the Chinese choose to string up their drug traffickers. Pour encourager les autres.

This Shaikh bloke was just the latest in a long line of British entrepreneurs looking to make money off peddling drugs to the Chinese. We even fought a few wars over our rights to do so back in the day. I don’t think we’d get too far with that stunt these days. In either case Brown and his Mini-Imbecile are barking up the wrong tree if they think anybody outside hios innediate family gives a shit about the Chinese stringing this fucker up.

This is another example of ‘Passive Terrorism’ where the terrorist attack is known to be about to occur and then they allow it to happen.

            911 being the ultimate example.

These terrorists are simply allowed to strike when ‘hate and fear’ amongst the public is required in order to allow the US to target a new nation – in this case Yemen.

The recent failed attack on a US passenger jet traveling from Amsterdam to Detroit was a set-up provocation controlled by US intelligence, author and journalist

“[The terrorist’s] father, a rich Nigerian banker, went to the US embassy in Nigeria on November 19 and said ‘my son is in Yemen in a terrorist camp, do something about this.’ Nevertheless, the son is allowed to buy a ticket in Ghana, paying cash, $2,800, for a one-way ticket,” Tarpley said.

After that, a mentally deficient young man who doubtfully could make it from one gate to another managed to illegally enter Nigeria and get on a plane to Amsterdam.

“There was a well-dressed Indian man who brought him to the gate and said, ‘my friend does not have a passport, get him on, he is Sudanese, we do this all the time – that is impossible!” said Tarple

How many Americans smoke and at what frequency? Then compare the death rates of the likes of heroin on a frequency of use and then one gets a real measure of the mortality rates. A hit from heroin really is several orders of magnitude more dangerous than smoking a cigarette or having a whisky.

Strategically this is one of the greatest blunders committed by the West, leading to the permanent weakening of the US and the eventual supremacy of China in the 21st Century, demonstrated by their domination of the Copenhagen farce.
The chinese will do exactly what they want, and the bleatings of Brown and Milliband demonstrate our abject weakness.

Looks like you haven’t been to China recently. There is considerable poverty in the countryside and I would hate to be an unskilled industrial worker, but there are also plenty of places (not just in Beijing and Shanghai) where the quality of life for ordinary people is good. Local investments have created fine efficient infrastructure, much of it as advanced as ours. In some areas of their development, like their new high speed rail networks, they are now well ahead of us.

The trade of £200 billion per year betewwen UK and China is NOT at risk – apparently.Just as well I’m sure our “brothers-in-arms” within the EU such as France or Germany will be only to willing to plug the gap

I bet the Chinese Ambassador had trouble not guffawing at Lewis when he was called in to the FCO for a “dressing down!”

          • Jethro says:

tat: “exotortionate” wealth – it’s like an Exocet missile, isn’t it? The ‘wealth’ all these people are hoarding (so much like the Kulaks, Russian peasants, the ‘yeomen-farmers’ in the days of our beloved Uncle Joe!) is likely to be ‘phanton wealth’ in a Bank, or money spent/about to be spent on an ‘equity’ that will not likely to be devalued – might even increase in ‘value’.
How many of these “billionaires and millionaires” are there in this Country? What is their aggregate wealth? How does this compare with ‘The National Debt’?
A recent ‘Nu-Labour’ man is now prancing the world-stage, raking in millions: is he ‘hoarding’ it? Is he showering it widely on genuine Charities?

My daughter has been waiting since May for a 2.5K GBP Tax Refund. The calculations are correct, and the amount is verified by HMRC. The return was processed by one of the big 5 Accounting Companies.
Still not got the money. Talking to the Tax manager the other day. She said that not one refund due from the last year has been repaid in her knowledge. Here we are with the Gummint advertising like crazy for the end of Jan Tax inputs to be verified and paid.
Conclusion: This Government is on the ropes financially. Moreover the tax manger said that there were loads of Companies under real pressure cash flow wise due to the lack of a repayment. Interestingly no-one or no-legal entity is allowed to net off the due tax amount without incurring extra charges.

          • tat says:

and the reason your daughter cannot get the rebate she is entitled to is because tax evaders like aschroft are evading paying their contributions.
            innit.

          • Nike says:

Not really. The reason there are no refunds is because Dear Leader has spent much more than he has got to spend.
£2.3BILLION in ’03/’04 in refurbishments in the MoD alone.
Every Government Department is now replete with more New Buildings, Head-Quarters, Admin Blocks, Marble and Leather, 3 times the admin staff required, replete with IT systems that are insanely expensive and Garbage. Even the Super £12Billion System for the NHS is no under scrutiny.
The baseline is that ALL Tax Income is inadequate to fund all the Benefits payable.
This is before, the staff costs, IT costs, Interest costs, CapEx, and we haven’t even got on to Pension entitlements or PFI costs which are off Balance Sheet.
Gordon Brown is a spendthrift loser.

          • tat says:

yes we know all that nike you diwit.
but as that is the case when people like aschroft evade paying their tax contributions then there will definitely be no money left to pay your daughter’s rebate.
honestly nike, ashcroft is stealing from your daughter and you are backing ashcroft.
not much of a father, are you.

          • Jethro says:

tat – as in ‘what a load of old…’
Lord Ashcroft is the only tax-avoider you can think of, perhaps? and would his tax-contributions cover Nike’s daughter’s £2,500 tax-refund? Can you not think of any examples of, for instance, avoidance of Capital Gains Tax- quite a number of Honourable Members come to my mind! But perhaps in what passes for your tiny little socialist ‘mind’, Nike – the “diwit” – ‘s daughter is, by definition, a Right-winger, and so only Right-wingers’ taxes should go to repay her the excess tax that has been levied on her; and, perhaps, in your strange parallel universe, Left-wingers’ taxes will go to pay only Left-wingers’ benefits… or, perhaps, in your contorted understanding of ‘fairness’, ‘equality’, and ‘social justice’, tax-contributions should only be exacted from Conservatives…

          • tat says:

ashcroft is the only tax evader who is the largest funder of the tory party.
he is funding the tory marginal campaign with tax free offshore cash.
            that cannot be legal.

          • Jethro says:

Dear tat (as in ‘what an old load of…)
            “that cannot be legal.”
Do you mean ‘that should not be legal’? – in which case your complaint is with, I think, what we call the Government, rather than with Her Majesty’s Opposition.
Or, do you mean ‘that is NOT legal’? in which case your complaint should be lodged, surely, with the D.P.P.: surely you, of all people, will be able to expect a fair hearing from Keith Starmer?
But, perhaps, you really mean that it ‘CANNOT’ be legal – i.e. that it is quite and utterly beyond the scope of legal means to frame Laws against, or to contain, this practice.
In any of which cases, I am puzzled why you continue to pursue the matter in this Forum.

    2) All Drug takers left to die if they take an over dose
    3) All Drug dealers made to take a over dose and left to die

Harsh but try going for a night out in any big city or town

As for Prescott its his government that changed the license laws that spread the workload for the emergency services so that pissed up twats are no longer contained into a problem for a few hours during the early hours rather than all day like now.
They also de classified shoplifting which costs retail millions each year and supplies the funds for drug addicts along with the confusing declassification of drugs. And allowed the greedy fat supermarkets to sell Lager for 12pence a can!

    But the door never opens.

No contact. No books. No entertainment….Nothing, except 4 walls and a bed.

This system should massively reduce costs in the punishment of serious crime.

Mao looks him up and down, re-reads the letter and declares angrily: Another bloody misdirected and promptly changes the letter address to Heaven .
The man gets to the gates of Paradise and is met there by a large, pink rabbit with a guitar, called Dylan.
Peace and happiness to you declares the man with fervent joy!
Really cool man! declares the rabbit. What brought you here friend? Caught with drugs in China, answers the man sorrowfully. That’s the coolest thing I’ve heard all millennium replies Dylan. Come in and spend eternity with me.
After the man has been made welcome Dylan asks: Do you know any good songs?. Only this one replies the man……..

What public was that then? Has anyone met anyone who thought “ooh, that’s unfair. poor gordon.”? Did anyone think that the media “campaign” was “excessive and unfair” ? I’m assuming the BBC’s definition of “the public” is made up solely of union members and labour MPs.

When the BBC state as total fact that “the public” (ie absolutely everyone) is on Gordon’s side, that should be retracted, as it’s obviously not true (I’m part of “the public” and I think Brown was caught bang to rights and is a fucking evil sociopath, so where’s my voice in this, along with millions of others who think the same?)

Here’s hoping that 2010 brings about the total political annihilation of the labour party forever, and the dismantling of the BBC (and the Guardian).

The telling thing is that when Brown misspelled the names and couldn’t be arsed to re-start after scribbling part of the name out, the defence was:

“Gordon has the info about who died and when, and he writes these letters himself and they don’t get checked, so things like this are inevitable and it’s not his fault because nobody else is involved to check things out. His aides aren’t involved in the process.”

Yet, when there was a delay of a year or 2 for another letter found a month or so later, the defence was:

“Gordon has no record of who died or when, he just writes what his aides tell him to write. Therefore it was his aides’ fault, not his, as he had no record of the death at the time. His aides are an intrinsic part of the process.”

Now, in what way are those 2 defences compatible?

It’s just more of the “black is white” defence that the BBC is always happy to accept when it comes to their beloved labour party.

Jowell’s subtext of her recent class-war remark about brown was basically “Gordon, you’re a fucking moron who just wants to start a civil war to shore up your “core vote” purely so you don’t get below 10% in the election – shut the fuck up and piss off before you do any more damage.”

Brown, in Parliament, basically said “you’re too posh to lead the people. All posh people are scum.” to cameron, and that was totally ignored by the BBC.

What the fuck does it matter what records were held in the UK?

The man had not been living in the UK.

What is worth knowing is his mental state at the time of the alleged offence.

This is something only the Chinese would have been able to assess.

Two years later, they justify his killing by saying there was no “record” of mental illness, and with no psychiatric opinion having been sought.

Because the Chinese did not assess it psychiatrically.

Insanity tends not to be something bragged about by those afflicted. Lack of insight is a diagnostic criterion for psychotic illness. The Chinese have prepared a diplomatic case worthy of Heller.

It has been reported that the man was unaware of his sentence until informed yesterday by his family. If this is true, how confident can anyone be that he was fit to stand trial, given the internationally recognised criterion that the accused must be able to follow the proceedings of the court?

Naivety comes in all shapes and sizes.
Drop into a magistrates’ court when thousands of cases of non-payment of Council Tax are scheduled for a single hearing.
Most of those summonsed will, rightly, not attend because they don’t dispute the debts. The bewildered and the awkward squad will turn up and waste everybody’s time.
There may be a few cases where payment is legally not due and the alleged defaulter must prove it.
The magistrates won’t have a clue about the legal niceties and will rely entirely on the advice of the court clerk. The farce culminates in a win for whoever has the better gift of the gab out of the accused (rarely legally represented because of the costs thereby involved) and the official from the charging authority.
Not exactly a life-and-death matter like, for instance, the thousands of routine occurrences of agonising, slow and degrading death by infections such as c diff in murderously filthy hospitals; but similarly indicative of the widespread absence of the application of natural justice here at home. Tripe at caviar prices.
The only question worth asking is the real reason why Brown and the usual suspects have adopted the yapping chihuahua, crouching hyena stance over a drug-runner legally executed by the most powerful nation on earth.

Bone-headed fuck-wittery is evidently thriving on Christmas leftovers here…

This site’s window-licking brethren do provide some entertainment from time to time, but the celebration here by some of a person’s deliberate killing is pitiful.

Nobody here can pretend to know the extent of Sheikh’s guilt or fitness to stand trial. Only a fucking idiot could confidently suggest that execution were the sole sensible approach to this man’s alleged offence.

Meanwhile, in the sane world, capital punishment is impossible to justify on any grounds, which might well be why it continues to be practised mainly by governments hell-bent on avoiding answering to their people. N.B. the Islamic countries so despised by many of the same posters here that obtusely constitute today’s baying mob.

(Guido’s comments are particularly curious, given that Fawkes was the only gunpowder plotter that “failed” to take his own punishment like a man).

China itself has an oppressive, backward and barbarous government, chronically and abjectly lacking self-confidence, and utterly deserving of all our scorn. As far as China is concerned, you’re either with Two-Banjoes or you’re against him…

The individual the chinese executed was born in Pakistan, yes he might have a status of being able to claim to being British via a piece of paper but that is far from the documented evidence of being born here.
Your point of the Beeboids calling him an EUSSR citizen is perfectly valid relative to the first one to be executed in 50 years requires some explanation.

    Ode ‘To A Chinese Earn’

In the Street of a Thousand Arse-holes,
By the sign of ‘The Swinging Tit’,
    Lived a ten-bellied Porker, John two-Doles,
    Two-timing, two-bogging, Presgitt.

So great was his weight, on his lavvy,
So vast the great cheeks round his crack,
So little his ‘nous’ or his ‘savvy’
He’d break the seat each time he’d cack.

For him Pies were specially invented:
He’d cram them and ram them – pie-crust,
As oft broke as wind freely vented ,
Or Promises – they were as dust.

After Hull, London beckoned for two-John:
    An M.P. he shortly became.
‘Giovanni!’, cried Soames, ‘Bring the Mah-Jong!
    A G.& T, (my friend’ll have the same!).

Ship’s Steward our John might have once been:
    Shop-steward was nearly elected!
Popular? None went to his Cabin,
    And even his Agent defected.

Now here he was, equally derided
    For dress, accent, Grammar, and thought;
So then it was that he decided,
‘Bar-steward I’ll be!’ So he fought.

When a man lobbed an egg, just like Ali
He threw him one back (‘John’s just John!’)
When Secret’ries began to get pally,
He’d show them just how to get on!

    Assuringly though, there was Tracey,
Who seemed to be quite of a go’er.
She made his pulse go really racy
Soon his eyes, hands, and lips were all o’er ‘er.

    She never complained, never ‘short-changed’,
Nor ‘demanded’ he dump ‘poor Pauline’.
‘Chipolata? I just call it free-range.
Now hump me: and no Vaseline!’

And so it was ‘Pathfinder’ Prescott,
    Was scrabulously ere-long re-fit:
For some it was ‘Two-jags’, or ‘Pressclott’,
    Or ‘Two-bogs’, or even ‘Pressclit’.

The economy has suffered its worst decade of growth since the Second World War, figures revealed yesterday.

The findings, which show a far worse performance than under the Tories in the 1990s, raise serious doubts about Labour’s claims to superior handling of the economy during its 13 years in power.

Gross domestic product, which is the country’s total economic output, rose just 1.7 per cent a year in real terms, which means the figures have been adjusted for inflation.

At this low level, the last decade has been Britain’s weakest period of economic expansion of any ten-year period since the 1940s, according to the research based on figures from the Office for National Statistics.

By contrast, in the 1990s, when John Major was in power before being ousted by Tony Blair in 1997, output rose by an average of 2.2 per cent a year.

Since no one in their right mind believes a single word this wretched government says, the whole exercise is completely pointless. It’s just more of the same from our puffed-up and terminally incompetent PM.

Operator: “NHS Stressline. How can I help you?”

    Joe Public: “I’m feeling stressed”

    Operator: “What’s causing your stress?”

Joe Public: “I’m stressed about the vast amounts of money that Gordon Brown is wasting on wacky initiatives”

Operator: “Go fuck yourself. I’ve now got a public service job for life and a massive pension at the end of it so I don’t care to listen to you whingers. Have a nice day.”

The Chinese Government can’t return Akmal Shaikh’s body to the UK because they’ve sold all his vital organs.

      Fees Office Clerk says:

I am reliably informed that any offer of a return would be viewed by the UK Government as an empty gesture…boom tish

Today being the Anniversary of the Glasgow Airport terror attack, you can ensure it’s safe for you and your family to fly by following this simple advice:

Just as the plane’s about to take off, stand up and sing the Afghanistan national anthem. If anyone joins in, GET OFF THE PLANE.

How come EVERYBODY that gets caught for smuggling drugs either has been planted with drugs, tricked unknowingly or is mentally unwell?

Ah well…guess it’s just an unfair world.

    Bill Murphy says:

What better message could there be for the kids of Hereford, Norwich and Brookside on the perils of inbreeding?

    Petra says:

Save your sympathy for victims instead of a rightly convicted drug trafficker. The UK is the last country on earth that has a right to lecture or criticize China when it comes to fighting crime. Look at our appalling criminal justice system – criminals run free, no matter how shocking their crimes, the law-abiding citizens get no protection from either the police or the courts (nor are they allowed to protect themselves).

I’d recommend anyone to go spend some time in Chinese cities. They are very safe, low crime, no anti-social behaviour, no vandalism… then look at the mayhem back home. China is obviously doing something right!

    John Prescott says:

Laugh (or is it laff) as much as yer like – I’m ‘avin a good time with the Chinks and I like the way that their fannies are ‘orizontal instead of vertical! In the meantime, fuck the planet – I don’t give a shit so long as the pies don’t run out and the supply of wet-and -ready totty keeps comin’ (no pun intended). Mind yer, now that I’m back over ‘ere, the totty is a bit scarce – wharra yer doin’ tonight ‘arriet? I could just give yer a good pumpin’
