Guido understands that Matthew Richardson, the UKIP party secretary criticised by Patrick O’Flynn, has offered his resignation.
Friends of Richardson point out that his contract was up in the end of June anyway.

This isn’t the first time that a court has granted permission to serve legal paper over a social network.
