The second offering in our new series of titillating tech ministers continues with Ukrainian Minister of Economic Development and Trade Jaanika Merilo, the veteran tech investor who has been brought in to boost Ukraine’s e-government initiative. Jaanika aims to improve the business climate by using “digital solutions” to fight institutional corruption.
