Responding to a question asking which ‘business unit’ the change came from, tabled by Shadow Cabinet Office minister Mike Wood, ministers said:
“The advisers were based in the Number 10 communications team, and in the former Chancellor for the Duchy of Lancaster’s office, alongside officials in the Government Communication Service.”
