Crown Prosecution Service civil servants took the time to remind their junior staff that they are all “welcome, important and valued” as “scary” flags and “far right protests” apparently made it more difficult for them to focus on their work last year. CPS sources shared the below exchange from an internal comms channel for researchers and analysts…

The source added they were “shocked not just by the fact that it seems to contravene the Civil Service impartiality code but that suggestion of wrongdoing for flag campaigns was shared in a channel for people who work very closely with CPS lawyers and senior prosecutors”. The CPS previously suggested trans staff may find it safer to work from home. How does it ever get anything done?
Speaking about the Metropolitan Police, Nigel Farage told a press conference in London:
“Giuliani didn’t abolish the NYPD. He changed the leadership. He put those into positions of authority that shared his vision of the broken windows theory of dealing with crime from the bottom up. That’s what you have to do. So, I would suggest that rather than scrapping it, we need to find the right people in the right position.”
