The small boat migrant Fayaz Khan who threatened to kill Nigel Farage in a TikTok last October, has been sentenced to five years in jail at Southwark Crown Court. Khan was also sentenced for entering the UK illegally having previously pleaded guilty to the offence. Farage said:
“I am pleased with the judgement but deeply, deeply concerned that this guy will be out free in 18 months. In 18 months time, he will be in this country living in a house of multiple occupancy or a hotel – he’ll be free to walk the streets whilst his asylum claim is being judged.”
