Back in 2012, Russian Hour organised a stunt polygraph test with Andrei Lugovoi, the former KGB officer accused by the British authorities of the fatal poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko in 2006. Lugovoi claimed he was innocent. Unsurprisingly, he passed the test. Perhaps it’s time for Ofcom’s Politburo to get a grip on its licences…
