Figures released by the Department for Work and Pensions show there were 771,000 unemployed migrants receiving Universal Credit as of January 2026. That’s a 55% jump since April 2022. As the CMC points out, £6.7 billion a year works out at £251 from every household in Britain just to support households with an unemployed migrant. Or hire 158,611 new Metropolitan Police officers…
