The source added they were “shocked not just by the fact that it seems to contravene the Civil Service impartiality code but that suggestion of wrongdoing for flag campaigns was shared in a channel for people who work very closely with CPS lawyers and senior prosecutors”. The CPS previously suggested trans staff may find it safer to work from home. How does it ever get anything done?
