Nigel Farage, Leader of Reform, made his first speech in the House of Commons. Noting that his other four MPs and himself are “the new kids on the block”, Farage went on to use his first words to take a swipe at “little man” former Speaker John Bercow “in doing his best to overturn” Brexit. Paula Barker, Liverpool Wavertree MP backing Andy Burnham, told Times Radio there wouldn’t be trouble from the markets under Burnham:
