While Rayner has been waxing lyrical about the contents of the fridge on the bus on TikTok, a co-conspirator turned the spotlight on previous suppliers of her bandwagon. Last summer, Rayner launched her “Rayner On The Road” tour of northern England in a converted campervan. Her Commons register of interest shows the vehicle was co-funded with a £6,000 donation from Pentland Communications, a lobbying company which largely represents major private house builders including Barratt, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon. Pentland describes itself as a “planning communications consultancy” specialising in achieving planning permission for its clients…
