Rishi is at Wensleydale brewery pulling pints for the cameras to celebrate the government’s sweeping changes to alcohol duties. Inevitably, one punter’s anger has bubbled over. As Rishi poured a pint of Black Dub, a voice shouted out:

“Oh the irony! You’re raising alcohol duty on the day that you’re pulling a pint!”
