Boris was ambushed by a left-field question from one reporter during a press pack interview this afternoon, who conveyed his mum’s displeasure at the PM’s trademark scruffiness:

“Why do you never ever brush your hair, you’re representing this country abroad and your hair’s all over the place!”

Boris subsequently revealed he does brush his hair, revealing he even has a hairbrush in his office to deal with the chronic issue. What would David Cameron’s mother say?
