By 395 votes to 169, as expected the Internal Market Bill has been defeated in the Remainer-stuffed House of Lords. Even though Lib Dems and Labour peers combined outnumber the Tories, there were 39 Tory rebels. Rebels included Lord Keen, who recently resigned as Advocate General for Scotland…

This doesn’t end the Bill. Expect the Commons to simply ping it back in its original form…
