Private Prosecution of Boris Thrown Out By High Court

A High Court Judge has thrown out the case to prosecute Boris Johnson for leading the Leave campaign, as a hearing today that the Prime Ministerial candidate was not present at. His lawyers argued that it was the culmination of a “politically-driven process” describing the case as “vexatious.” Will its dramatic dismissal get as many headlines as the ridiculous pitch did in the first place..?
