A wayward Tory peer (Guido believes it’s Peter Lilley) foolishly attempted to make a Point of Order in the Lords, sparking the most dramatic scenes of the Lords’ marathon sitting on Yvette Cooper’s Bill so far – in fairness not a desperately difficult achievement. “He is not in the House of Commons!”
