Red Len To Face Full Hearing Over UNITE’s Election Shenanigans

Retired high court judge Jeffrey Burke QC, acting on behalf of the Certification Officer has ruled that UNITE were entitled to call the controversial recent election. There will now follow a full week-long hearing in June. The judge will hear arguments about the 10 complaints made by challenger Gerard Coyne to the Certification Officer, the unions’ watchdog, about the conduct of the election. There are a lot of allegations about murky goings on
