Spotted at the Wesminster Arms: a European Union flag behind the bar. The Arms is one of SW1’s classic boozers and is Nigel Farage’s favourite pub. Nigel told Guido:

“All pubs are Parliaments at the end of the day, but I will check there is a Union Jack next time I pop in for a sharpener.”
