Assembly Member Tony Arbour questioned Khan’s environment deputy Shirley Rodrigues today who denied the two million target was a manifesto promise, claiming it “was not in his printed manifesto”. Yet the two million pledge was on his campaign website and widely publicised, here is Sadiq’s tweet from November last year:
