Boris has hired the Telegraph’s chief foreign correspondent David Blair as his new speechwriter, Guido can reveal. A staunch critic of Putin with a cut glass accent and balls of steel, Blair was kicked out of Zimbabwe by Mugabe and more recently proved the massacre of Maidan in Ukraine by counting bodies in morgues.
