Remain’s Gillian Duffy Moment

Pro-Remain Labour MP Pat Glass, the Shadow Europe minister no less, has called a voter a “racist” for airing concerns about immigration from Eastern Europe:

“The very first person I’ve come to is a horrible racist. I’ve never coming back to wherever this is.”

Evidence of just how out of touch Remain is…

UPDATE: Glass says sorry:

“The comments I made were inappropriate and I regret them. Concerns about immigration are entirely valid and it’s important that politicians engage with them. I apologise to the people living in Sawley for any offence I have caused.”
