This photo tweeted by the EyeSpy.MP account shows Tom Watson McSlurping a drink in a McDonald’s in Dudley on Saturday. Tucking into a burger alongside him is Ian Austin, the former Brownite boot boy who famously plotted with “Tommy Two Dinners” in a Dudley pub in 2006. These days Austin is one of Jeremy Corbyn’s fiercest and most vocal critics. An interesting choice of venue considering the row over zero hours and union recognition culminating in Corbyn’s Maccy D’s boycott just days earlier.
