Super Tuesday 2: Trump and Clinton Score Big

Donlad Trump and Hillary Clinton have emerged as the winners from what has been dubbed ‘Super Tuesday 2’.

Trump secured victories in 3 out of 4 states currently declared, including the all important winner-takes-all state of Florida. Although John Kasich did take Ohio, another winner-takes-all state. No gains for Rubio however, who has given up and announced he’s withdrawing from the race.

Meanwhile in the Democratic contest Hilary won has won 4 out of 4 states currently counted, leaving Bernie Sanders with nothing. So far the winners in the states that have declared are as follows:

Trump: Florida, Illinois, North Carolina

Kasich: Ohio

Clinton: Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio

Missouri is still undecided, with Trump and Clinton looking the likely winners there also. Live updates to follow.
