Downing Street are trying every trick to nobble Vote Leave – this morning government lawyers filed a laughably vexatious trademark infringement complaint over use of the NHS logo in campaign literature. Note that No. 10 are pursuing Vote Leave on this, yet allowed left-wing groups such as Unite the Union, Protect Our NHS, 38 DegreesKeep our NHS Public, The Socialist PartyMomentum NHS, London Labour, and even Tom Watson and Steve Coogan to use the logo for campaign purposes.
