Despite the so-called ‘ceasefire’ in Syria, Russian planes have been accused of bombing a Medicin Sans Frontieres hospital this morning, killing nine people. According to the humanitarian aid organisation, “This appears to be a deliberate attack on a health structure, and we condemn this attack in the strongest possible terms”.
