Speculation has been rife on social media as to the identity of the murdering Daesh thug dubbed the “new Jihadi John”. Documentary maker Mojtaba Ali, who met and interviewed British radical Islamist convert Abu Rumaysah last year, says he believes he is the killer. In an interview with Channel 4, Rumaysah previously refused to condemn the beheadings of British and American civilians by Jihadi John. He then fled to Syria to join Daesh and wrote a tourist guide to the Islamic State. Yes, really.
