Corbyn’s Christmas Kofte: Jez Decks the Halls With Stop the War

John Mann, Simon Danczuk et al tore Corbyn a new one at last night’s PLP for putting himself down to attend the Stop the War Christmas dinner. According to the invite, lucky attendees will get a “classic three course Turkish meal with a glass of wine”.

The fundraiser will be held at Waterloo’s EV restaurant, which according to its website offers “An Exceptional Anatolian Turkish Dining Experience Both With Our Menu And Our Atmosphere. Our Guests Tend To Move On To Ev Bar After Their Meal And Finish Off The Evening With A Drink Or Five”. A standard ticket is £50, while a ‘solidarity’ ticket will fetch you £75. The lamb kebabs look tasty, but why is Jezza helping to raise cash for people who blamed the Paris attacks on the west?
