The business-backed Vote Leave campaign has hit the media today. The messaging has been tested and aims to commiunicate that staying in the EU is not without risks and costs. The In campaign is going to try to re-run the Mark II version of the Scottish independence referendum’s “Project Fear”, it is a key objective of the Out campaign to counteract the scaremongering from the same people who said we would face economic disaster if we didn’t join the €uro.
