It represents not just a threat for the environment and to our prosperity, but to our security too. The impact of rising temperatures and rising sea levels will be felt by all of us… We must work for a strong and effective deal at the conference of parties in Paris in December.”

Surely Hammond isn’t listening to the ‘climate change caused ISIS‘ theorists?
