Members of India’s solo surfer community have risen up after being shafted by their government’s ban on 857 pornographic websites. Opponents beat off threats from the Department of Communications to introduce them to the penal system, and, after keeping it up for a few hours, the state has now accepted they couldn’t pull it off.
