The short term letting company Airbnb, celebrated the passing of the Deregulation Act today by sailing a floating blue house down the Thames and past the Palace of Westminster. The Act, which passed in March, allows Londoners to take advantage of the boom in short term property letting by renting out their their property for up to 90 days a year.
