In what’s being described as a landmark ruling, a New York Judge has given the go ahead to the filing of divorce papers over Facebook. The decision was made in order to allow a Brooklyn nurse to serve papers against her errant husband Mr Blood-Dzraku, who only contacts her via phone or the social media service. This isn’t the first time that a court has granted permission to serve legal paper over a social network.
