Happy International Polar Bear Day!

Today is International Polar Bear Day and polar bear lovers world wide are participating by turning down the their thermostat in solidarity with the world’s largest land predator, whose very existence is apparently under threat from climate change. But for those considering self-flagellating themselves with cold, there is good news – polar bears are doing just great at the moment.

A paper released by the Global Warming Policy Foundation has confirmed that polar bear populations are growing. Not only that, their prey is so abundant, they have stopped killing and eating each other.
