After staying at university to work for her student union, Dugdale progressed to the dizzy heights of the NUS before becoming office manager to piss artiste peer and MSP Lord Foulkes. She replaced him in the Scottish Parliament in 2011. What was it about her CV that qualified her for this sensitive job?
